Came here for a quick dinner with my friends while visiting Seattle for a quick weekend trip. Ray made our dinner so much more delightful with his customers service and a bright smile. Food always taste better with good service. Highly recommend the smoked duck. Cheers
Food was pretty good for a hotel restaurant. Ironic that the heaviest dishes were the vegetables ones, the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. A little oversalted, but good flavor. Service was mediocre. Our server only checked on us once, never refilled drinks and we had to flag another server to get the check.
Chan is a family style meal. Came here with a friend! We got the following
- fire roasted cauliflower
- beef brisket rice cake
- grilled black angus bibimbap.
I would say everything was quite delicious. The rice cakes were HUGE. I thought the brisket was a little flavorless but everything else was spot on for a fun bite overall.
