“This Rainier Avenue spot is a hidden gem that gives you massive portions and amazing flavors!Review:I am always shocked there isn't a line out the door at this place! It’s seriously so good. While the prices might feel a bit high at first glance, the portions are absolutely gigantic—you're basically getting two meals in one.My go-to order is the Combo Huli & 2 Short Ribs. It’s a flavor explosion. Just make sure you don't walk away without grabbing some Nuoc mam and a side of their crazy Tiger sauce—those two are game changers. If you want to check out their menu or get directions to the one on Rainier, you can look them up on Yelp or Google Maps. Do yourself a favor and check them out!“

“Seriously amazing, seriously good, best burger I have had in a hot minute. The bun bread is just crispy enough. I love this. The milkshakes comes with one of the largest straws you can get, and the fruit chunks and ice cream combo is phenomenal. I will be back, need to try everything now.“

“I went in for the first time today for lunch after a pretty far walk from work. They are super nice, friendly and chatted with me a bit and explained their different menu options. They suggested the samurai which I got and it is very good to say the least. It’s super vibrant looking and very flavorful. I definitely highly recommend and will be coming back again“
“Fabulous venue! Show was funny, food and drinks were great and the waitresses were fabulous.“

“I appreciate the thought and time that goes into an order, as small as a happy hour order or a post-special Valentine’s Day event, which encompasses quality happy hour food and high-end Thai fusion cuisine. There wasn’t a craving that 8py didn’t satisfy!!!!!!! I thank the staff, bartender, and owner, for their patience and high quality service, as well as the chef that accommodated our wishes! My party of 4+ always leaves satisfied. Thank you, Ben!! Will return again and again and again!!“

“My grandsons say this is the best food they have ever eaten in their whole life. The fried chicken was perfectly crisp yet perfectly moist; the short ribs were exquisite; the pot stickers and sushi were great. We loved our flavors, food, and experience and will always come back. One grandson says he would take a plane from anywhere in the world just to come back here.“

“I really like the atmosphere of this coffee shop. I often come here during my lunch break and at night when I have deadlines. You guys close around 10-11pm, which is very convenient and flexible for me.
The drinks here are great! I've almost tried everything on the menu since you opened a few months ago.
The coffee is strong (just how I like it), and the fruit tea is refreshing. I usually go for the Logan tea and add panna cotta-lightly sweet and so good! I also tried the lychee tea with panna cotta, but it's a bit too sour for me.
Me and my friends always order the panna cotta just to eat it separately because it really good.
Great location, great timing, and amazing drinks.“

“THE FOOD IS THE BEST! I LOVE HOW THEY PUT YOUR FOOD ON A SHELL QUALITY TRAY AND THE DESIGNS INSIDE THE PLACE. THERE IS ALSO A BATHROOM IN THE PLACE TOO. THE RESTAURANT IS HECKA SMALL BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE CONDITION IN THE BATHROOM IS ALRIGHT, NOT THE BEST AND SMALL. ORDER A BANH MI FROM THE LARGE SELECTION IN THE MENU.“

“I’ve lived on Alki since 1989. I’ve seen many restaurants come and go from this location. Lotus on the Beach is the best of them all. The ability to pick from a variety of Vietnamese and Thai dishes is its strength. The owner and staff welcome any and all critiques of the food and service.“

“The food portions were decent with reasonable pricing, and the menu offers good variety. The staff was attentive. Flavor-wise, the dishes were good, though there’s room for improvement. We ordered both the vermicelli and beaf pho. The fresh spring roll appetizer was delicious. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere with a street view, but the restrooms could be better maintained.“

“Came to Cheeky Cafe for Saturday brunch with my partner and were seated immediately - always a good start.
The space has high ceilings and a casual, slightly unpolished feel that actually works really well with the food. There's a big chalkboard menu at the counter, but they'll also hand you a paper menu, which I appreciated.
Between the two of us, we tried a lot: the loco moco meatloaf, carbonara, a slice of French toast, and the cinnamon fry bread. The carbonara was solid and comforting - a classic execution, nothing fancy. The loco moco meatloaf was fine on its own, but the curry-forward, Asian-influenced sauce is what made it shine.
The absolute standout, though, was the cinnamon fry bread. If you grew up on Asian fry bread, this will take you straight back. It genuinely made me happy, and I'd come back just for that alone.
Our waitress was sweet, attentive, and friendly throughout.
A great brunch spot with soul - and that fry bread is reason enough to return.“

“We are smitten with the oxtail Khao Soi but lately have been opting for the newer Wagyu (both A5 & Japanese are to die for!) I wish they were open on Mondays - that's when I have the worst craving for Khao Soi! My brother likes the tenderloin or braised beef. We've tried all of them except for goat... but that's because we are so satisfied and craving the Oxtail and the wagyu!! Also there is a very tasty deconstructed Passion Fruit pie with i think a shortbread component and a torched meringue star topping - so soooo good! You MUST try Ginger & Scallion - you won't be sorry!!! I am trying to convince them to open a location closer to the Lynnwood/Lake Forest Park area where I live/work! I'd go every day....“

“Highly rated, for good reason! It's been a while since I've been to a place that feels like the food portion and quality are a great deal, but this place nails it. Large portions, fair price and wonderful flavors and quality ingredients. The place is quaint and the staff is friendly and fast. I would say this is the best General Tso chicken in town!“

“My wife and I first visited this restaurant for their Cambodian coffee with coconut flavor, and we were so impressed by the warm welcome and inviting ambiance. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, and we returned a second time to actually dine. The food was around $20 per plate, which felt fair given the portion sizes.
We did notice, though, that the tea was an unexpected charge—around $3 per cup—which is unusual since most Asian restaurants offer it for free. The food itself was good, but a little different from what we expected—some dishes had a unique twist that wasn’t quite as described. Still, because of the excellent service and the rare availability of Cambodian cuisine in the area, we’re definitely planning to go back and try more dishes.“

“It's really fun to have a growing number of Hawaiian plate lunch options popping up locally & Marination Ma Kai in W. Seattle is one of the best, the view of the downtown Seattle skyline notwithstanding. I had the Kim Chee fried rice with Kalbi beef and a spam musabi. The food was perfectly seasoned & prepared with just the right amount of heat. You order at the counter & they alert you when it is ready, which is only a matter of minutes. On a warm weather day there is outside seating where you can eat & take in the view. Will be back soon!“

“Can I live here?! Everything about this place screams fabulousness! From the delish food and sparkly foo-foo drinks, to the magical decor, to the attentive and festive team of servers and behind the scenes help. My daughter and I were so incredibly spoiled and we had such a wonderful experience. Brandon was absolutely amazing and loved his style and flair as well! A thousand thank-you’s!“

“Food is great. Portion is very large even for All you can eat menu. Service is ok. The waiter was very nice, but he was very busy and had 8 tables, so you need to wait until he is available. Also, they need to go round to sing happy birthday... Just extra wait while I need my ice water.“

Parking: Has its own lot, but there are only a few spots. It's such a good place to eat that it's always full! :)
Kid-friendliness: Could not be more friendly! Not just with children, but everyone, including my service dog!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for people in need of one.“

“Chicken was overcooked and oversauced. Slaw salad also too much sauce, also not tangy just sweet mayo (personally not my thing). It definitely wasn’t bad, but could be so much better. I want you guys to step it up. Take some pride in it. And play some music it was deathly silent. 4 stars is being generous fyi but I don’t want to be mean.“

“Went here with my family. We had reservations so we were able to go in right away (there was a lot of people waiting). The drinks were really good and the food was awesome! Our waitress was very nice and suggested to split burger before we even asked (our family likes to share). We even made a reservation in two weeks to take other friends there! Definitely recommend!“

“I've passed this restaurant on the way to work every day for MONTHS, telling myself I'm going to stop by one day. That day was today and I could not be more pleased. Definitely recommend the chicken of course, the mandu (fried dumplings), and the spring rolls. For drinks definitely try the Honey Citron Tea; AH-mazing! I was so upset for not coming in sooner but I will definitely be back. Customer service was top tier!“

“Customer Service, a great selection of food, the casual layback atmostphere, enjoy the food, don’t rush. Have a good wine selection so step outside of the box and try a wine you never had before, the waiter can suggest. The prices are good, but remember the serving are large, you will not leave empty. This is a must place to go, you will enjoy it, and will come back.“

“Harbor Cafe is the kind of cozy breakfast-and-lunch spot that feels easy and familiar. The portions are generous, the coffee keeps coming, and the menu leans toward classic comfort dishes — eggs, pancakes, sandwiches done the way you expect.
It’s not trendy, but it’s welcoming and dependable. A solid choice when you just want a relaxed, no-fuss meal in Seattle.“

“This is my absolute favorite spot to pop in for a casual lunch. It’s a calm, very quiet spot. Super nice for getting a plate of sushi and taking a moment to breathe. I personally will just go in there and prop up my phone, and throw on a youtube video or podcast. The vibe is very similar to a japanese cafe, where you can sit on your own, do your own thing, and there is no judgement for wearing headphones or being on a laptop. Also nice to do work in. Overall, this place is 10/10, they’re always super nice, and I will keep recommending this place to people whenever I can. Thanks Grain House!!“

“I came here for lunch and ordered a hot matcha latte, a musubi, and the teriyaki chicken rice bowl — everything was so good. Matcha is usually hit-or-miss for me since it’s often not sweet, but this one didn’t need any sugar. It was perfect.
The rice bowl had a really interesting mix of ingredients, all delicious, and the musubi… wow. I could easily eat 100 of them. I usually don’t like black rice because people don’t cook it right, but theirs was done perfectly.
I’d highly recommend this place for a quick, tasty lunch. There’s limited seating, so unless you come during a quieter time, you may have trouble finding a spot. I came during a slower period and was able to set up my laptop and get some work done.
I haven’t tried the breakfast yet, but I have no doubt it would be just as good.“

“Pane Pane is a great option for lunch in downtown. Their sandwiches are delicious, and they staff is very friendly and quick. The Teriyaki Meatball Banh Mi is absolutely fantastic. (it's by far my favorite on the menu). The atmosphere is fine, it's a space made for grabbing food, or eating solo at the counter. There's not much seating, so if you're with a friend or a group, I'd recommend having a back up place to sit and enjoy your food.“

“I got the 5 spice beef, and it was gone in 10 minutes. Which speaks to the quality considering the big portion sizes. My coworkers got the chicken sandwich and el jefe sandwich. We all agree that the food is surprisingly flavorful.
The staff was friendly, thoughtful and considerate as well. I picked up my order while in a rush, because onsite parking is tricky, but even with an oversight to get all my food, the staff was beyond understanding and helpful. Next I'll order catering to try more of their food with the rest of my office.“
