“We fell in love with the food and staff at the West Seattle commissary (and miss them very much) but just recently visited their wonderful new storefront space on Greenwood in Shoreline! We're big fans of the Khao Man tofu and the Khao Man Gai (Hainan simmered chicken, like I had growing up in Hong Kong), and of course the Thai tea, and mango sticky rice. Patty just introduced us to the corn fritters which were amazing. We discovered it's the best place to detour to avoid I-5 traffic coming home from Bellingham. Don't miss this place for a delicious lunch or dinner!!“

“I love Noi Thai Cuisine with all of my heart. The environment is very cozy and relaxing. I enjoy the candle lit dark ambiance, and the decor is great! I usually eat alone there but it feels like visiting family. Today I tried the chicken satay and it was simply incredible. My favorite part about this restaurant is the Tom Kha soup. I think about their soup when I am thousands of miles away. I think about it too much. It’s even been in my dreams. Every time I land at the Seattle airport, I am hurrying as fast as I can to the light rail so I can get to Noi Thai Cuisine for my favorite soup. Idk what they do to it…but no other Tom Kha soup will ever compare. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be Noi Thai Cuisines Tom Kha soup. I want to start trying more of their menu, but I am addicted to their Tom Kha soup. The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and kind. I will continue to dine here as much as possible…forever. Thank you for filling me with so much joy!!!! I definitely reccommend Noi Thai Cuisine to everyone, they won’t let you down. I can’t give them five stars…..because they deserve five million stars. ;)“

Our favorites: hat yai fried chicken, khao yum salad (refreshing and cozy!), woon sen cha-om, and the mushroom curry. The cocktails are also great. The service is really great as well. “I have come here a handful of times with my partner and I love it! I don't think I have ever had a bad dish here. I try to order something different each time but there is so much to choose from! And so far my favorite is the basil stir fry and the eggplant basil stir fry. The portions are generous for the price. I like to order 2 or 3 dishes and then take the leftovers. They last me a few days afterward! The staff is very friendly and I enjoy my conversations with them. All in all, a great place. If I lived closer, I'd probably come here several times a week.“

“This may be my favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle, and I’ve probably tried ~20+! The food is sooo flavorful and delicious. The service is wonderful too. I would highly recommend the eggplant stir fry and doing family style so you can try more dishes.

The portions are a good size (though I normally don’t have leftovers)! Sometimes there are a lot of takeout orders so it can take a bit longer, but not too bad! And definitely worth the extra few mins wait :)

“The crispy chicken wings were so good I zoned out while eating them and next thing I knew the whole container was gone lol. They were absolutely amazing and the milk Thai iced tea was super yummy. Delivery was fast and the older gentleman who delivered it was very nice. Will definitely be eating here again.“

The service was very friendly and fast and the inside decor is classy but comfortable. My only complaint was a big beautiful purple onion was on plate with duck , true it could be to look good which it did but I still think it could have been cooked more and looked beautiful. “I live in West Seattle and have heard a lot about Buddha Rukhsar but have never been there - well, my loss. This place is amazing and my favorite Thai place in Seattle. They have traditional Thai dishes like curry, as well as some different menu items you can't get elsewhere. We called them and made a reservation for Saturday dinner. “We were so busy running around that we didn’t even realize it was almost 10 PM and suddenly, almost every restaurant was already closed. Then Nua popped up and we saw they were open until 1 AM(on Saturday) Such a surprise!

We headed over right away and ordered peek kai tod, khao soi, pla tod, and tom zaap and wow, every single dish was incredible. So delicious, full of flavor, and truly authentic Thai taste.

We ended our night with the special delicious Thai dessert roti gluay and it was the perfect sweet finish

“I used to visit Seattle for years every other month and there was never a question if I was going to make time to visit my favorite Hawaiian food spot.
I have not had a dish here I did not like but I always come back to the faithful spicy huli huli chicken. The Mac salad is perfect blend of tangy, savory and creamy. Taste great mixing it in with a little sriracha or the left over huli sauce. The slaw gives a great crispy fresh texture without overpowering the main dish.
The staff has always been so nice and it’s great to have a place you don’t have to find parking as they have some spots in the back. The portion size is huge and well worth what you pay. Would recommend this place to anyone who lives here or is visiting. I know I make my trip to come get it regularly.“
