“We fell in love with the food and staff at the West Seattle commissary (and miss them very much) but just recently visited their wonderful new storefront space on Greenwood in Shoreline! We're big fans of the Khao Man tofu and the Khao Man Gai (Hainan simmered chicken, like I had growing up in Hong Kong), and of course the Thai tea, and mango sticky rice. Patty just introduced us to the corn fritters which were amazing. We discovered it's the best place to detour to avoid I-5 traffic coming home from Bellingham. Don't miss this place for a delicious lunch or dinner!!“

“I love Noi Thai Cuisine with all of my heart. The environment is very cozy and relaxing. I enjoy the candle lit dark ambiance, and the decor is great! I usually eat alone there but it feels like visiting family. Today I tried the chicken satay and it was simply incredible. My favorite part about this restaurant is the Tom Kha soup. I think about their soup when I am thousands of miles away. I think about it too much. It’s even been in my dreams. Every time I land at the Seattle airport, I am hurrying as fast as I can to the light rail so I can get to Noi Thai Cuisine for my favorite soup. Idk what they do to it…but no other Tom Kha soup will ever compare. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be Noi Thai Cuisines Tom Kha soup. I want to start trying more of their menu, but I am addicted to their Tom Kha soup. The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and kind. I will continue to dine here as much as possible…forever. Thank you for filling me with so much joy!!!! I definitely reccommend Noi Thai Cuisine to everyone, they won’t let you down. “I have come here a handful of times with my partner and I love it! I don't think I have ever had a bad dish here. I try to order something different each time but there is so much to choose from! And so far my favorite is the basil stir fry and the eggplant basil stir fry. The portions are generous for the price. I like to order 2 or 3 dishes and then take the leftovers. They last me a few days afterward! The staff is very friendly and I enjoy my conversations with them. All in all, a great place. If I lived closer, I'd probably come here several times a week.“

“This may be my favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle, and I’ve probably tried ~20+! The food is sooo flavorful and delicious. The service is wonderful too. I would highly recommend the eggplant stir fry and doing family style so you can try more dishes.

The portions are a good size (though I normally don’t have leftovers)! Sometimes there are a lot of takeout orders so it can take a bit longer, but not too bad! And definitely worth the extra few mins wait :)

“We were so busy running around that we didn’t even realize it was almost 10 PM and suddenly, almost every restaurant was already closed. Then Nua popped up and we saw they were open until 1 AM(on Saturday) Such a surprise!

We headed over right away and ordered peek kai tod, khao soi, pla tod, and tom zaap and wow, every single dish was incredible. So delicious, full of flavor, and truly authentic Thai taste.

We ended our night with the special delicious Thai dessert roti gluay and it was the perfect sweet finish

Please, Green Lake Community, let’s keep this place open: only one other group came in while I was dining. I’d be heartbroken if it closed! “We were craving some proper Asian food after a few days without it, so we stopped by for lunch. Since we arrived after the lunch rush, the restaurant was nice and quiet.

We ordered two dishes:
• Eggplant Basil with Tofu – Stir-fried eggplant with Thai basil, tofu, onions, green peppers, and red peppers. It was fragrant and full of flavor. Like many classic Thai stir-fries, it's definitely on the richer side with plenty of oil and seasoning, but that's exactly what makes it so satisfying.
• Kee Mao with Crispy Pork – Wide rice noodles (Drunken Noodles) with crispy pork belly. Absolutely delicious. The noodles had great texture, the flavors were bold, and the crispy pork added the perfect amount of richness.
The restaurant itself is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the warm smiles and hospitality that made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Had an amazing experience at Bahn Thai, the service was truly excellent. The servers were incredibly attentive, filling our water glasses whenever they noticed they were getting low, and checking in to make sure everything tasted good, which it absolutely did.
We ordered the khao soi, fried rangoons, pork belly with sticky rice, and everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The Thai tea was so good, I had to order it twice, and their plum wine was absolutely delicious.
Huge shoutout to Sean, Hailey, and Paul, they were all amazing, and made us feel so well taken care of. I’ll definitely be back for the outstanding service, and even better food!“
