“I'm very happy to report that the vegetarian options here are more than acceptable. It's great that the fry bread is not made with lard (although I do realize that it would taste even better if it were!). The vegetable sides could use more seasonings, but they were cooked to my preference, and the serving sizes were generous. I also enjoyed the chai. The fry bread was a bit tough/chewy so I'm guessing that they don't fry it up to order but it sits a while; but overall I was happy with my meal.“

“Came here on a hot 82 degree day and they had a shaded lounge with air conditioning, running water to wash hands, and reasonably priced food. I didn’t even think I was that hungry but once I had a bite I could not stop it was that good! I am 100% coming back here, what a pleasant experience. You can really tell the owner loves what he does and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, even uses saffron for the rice! This is one gem of a food truck in Seattle.“

“After 15 years of friendship, I've discovered that my friends truly don't know me. I've visited Seattle several times a year for the past 4 years and they've lived walking distance from this amazing spot, and they've never once taken me. So much missed craft beer..

Anyway, I wandered into Chuck's around 7PM in the evening. Picked out a few beers. Then found out they do a random grab bag of four beers of a certain type for a discount. I love being surprised and you're basically offering me a beer lootbox? Sold.

“Moving to Seattle from Texas, I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get kickass hole-in-the-wall quesadillas and burritos anymore.El Naranjo, just down the road from my new house, dispelled those concerns. I had a delicious carne asada quesadilla ready in TWO MINUTES for ten dollars flat, and it is easily in the top 5 quesadillas I've ever had. The salsa is delicious, and the generous dollop of sour cream, avocado slice, and grilled peppers proved this place has authentic chops.This truck is going to be my new staple takeout joint, and I'm excited to have moved so close by!“

“I’ve been a regular customer since 2023. I usually love my mango chicken but today more than 75% of my dish had broccoli in it and hardly any chicken.

I understand everything’s gotten expensive. I’d be ok to pay more to eat what I usually eat. Was so annoyed to see the dish size go down plus the ridiculous amount of broccoli in it.

Please go back to the usual recipe and increase prices.“

“We tried the original and salmon cheesesteaks and my god at first sight thought there was no way we could finish as the portions were generous but after each bite you just want more so we didn’t have leftovers but most definitely will order again! You can tell it’s made fresh and their special seasoning and custom sauces they use are crazy good. “I ordered 2 tamales, one red one green, a mesquite, and chicken nachos. By far my favorite nachos, the chips are homemade and were fresh. The chicken had good flavor and seasonings. The tamales taste like the kind my Mom and Tias used to make and had good flavor. The mesquite was prepared very well, a good sized portion and again tasted authentic. I would recommend and can't wait to eat there again.“

“Absolutely darling little crepe and panini truck. ❤ We met the owner, a friendly man from Sicily who owns seven(!) restaurants in the area, including Pink Salt next door and Mondello down the street. He made us the most delicious ham and gouda crepe we've ever tasted--which is saying a lot, considering we just spent three years living in Europe and ate crepes in five different countries.Overall, the menu has a great selection, the little patio area is adorable, and the food is on-point. My only regret is that we don't live closer!Can't wait to come back!P.s. If you, like us, are "homesick" for a good after-dinner European espresso, this is absolutely the place to get it.
