Finally stopped for a set of 3 breakfast tacos at the shiny red, well-kept "El Chapulin" Mexican Food Truck. Fresh sauteed potatoes and veg with eggs, bacon, salsa, cheese: tasty. Friendly folks. Easy sccess in a parking area near Rudy's on Fauntleroy.
I got two birria tacos, two pastor. Let me tell you they were both delicious. The meat is well seasoned. It’s well cooked has lots of flavor . The salsa is a plus . Really delicious definitely recommend stopping by. The tacos are worth the price. Really good food !!

Dinner staple for us. The Kid's desire for Taco Truck is sated by no truck but this one! Love that the veggies in the veggie burrito and veggie breakfast burrito are brussel sprouts and other cruciferous and not just left over veggies from other stuff! Salsa Verde has gotten spicier recently, so the Kid can't handle it any longer but Partner drinks it and I add it to my burrito.
