follow the order, we placed an order through Chownow. order 3 items: 2 items without sauce and 1 item with the sauce on the side. But, when the order came, they had poured sauce on all 3 items. it wouldn't be a big issue but my wife is allergic to vinegar and can't eat anything that has it on the food. plus we spent $100, not acceptable!

Jones Barbeque to Go is a small, family owned, black-owned business that has been around since 1989. The food is incredible quality, lots of flavor and makes a good hearty meal. Customers recommend the hot BBQ rib tips, beef brisket, and mac & cheese, with sides of Fries, coleslaw, potato salad, collard greens, bread, and green beans. The service is great and the staff is friendly. One customer forgot to pick up a Christmas dinner order after the store closed. A staff member waited around on their own holiday to make sure the family had their food. The customer was humbled and emotional, calling it a beautiful human moment. The space is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. People have come from Capital Hill on the bus just to try the food, and it was worth the ride. The food comes out within 10 minutes of ordering, very fast. Customers say this is one of the best BBQ places ever and that they will be loyal for the rest of their lives. You will not be disappointed.
