As someone who only eats halal, I truly appreciate restaurants that make the effort to provide halal Mexican food. It’s not always easy to find authentic Mexican food that is also halal, so finding this food truck made me genuinely excited. I LOVE Mexican food, and being able to enjoy birria tacos without worrying means so much.

“The dosa came out hot, golden, and perfectly crisp, with a buttery, spiced potato filling that was rich and comforting. The chutneys—creamy coconut, spicy tomato, and cooling mint—were fresh and flavorful. This wasn’t just a good dosa—it was next level. Babai Dosa nails it with bold, authentic flavors that make it easily one of the best Indian spots I’ve ever tried.“

“Such. Good. Pizza. We arrived at 4 on a Friday afternoon at opening and seating was full by 5 (indoor and out). Just a note if you're looking to sit - there are not a ton of tables. Service was incredibly friendly, pizza was fantastic. We ordered the Chicago and the Plain Jane for kiddos (who then ended up eating the Chicago, too). 2 pizzas for 2 adults + 2 kids were actually just right and we even took home some leftovers.“

Come prepared. Shout out to the guy who told me about the tournament nights (not sure if they’re still happening) when we were talking about yugioh. Looking forward to that if it ever happens again!

A general note -
For other people who like to go alone to places: there is wall facing seats tucked in the far side of the building, that’s where I like to sit to avoid the families with kids. I watch YouTube or play a game when I’m there.
For families: that same area is a quieter part of the building great for overstimulated little ones or breastfeeding if needed.

“Whether at their restaurant or their food truck, this place is always a treat. I recommend trying a taco, quesa-birria, and mulita on your first trip and dipping all three in the consomé. All the formats are their own little experiences--though I personally love the ones with melted cheese.“

“Day trip to the westside, where we found this little gem in Redmond. By far, THE BEST Indian Pakistani food we have ever had. With every bite, we could taste how much care & love went into preparing their authentic ingredients. I could have ordered every item on their menu, but decided on lamb korma with pulao rice, chicken korma & samosa. It was plenty for us to share. We met both the owner & chef. “I was blown away. I love trying taco trucks all around King county and this by far is the best one I've ever had. Got a cali steak burrito with fries inside. Bomb. Any place that tries this style in Washington fails and it's a dry greasy rice bomb. Not here! The ingredient ratio, portion size, taste, friendliest owner, and a great overall experience. Any menu item I bet is fantastic. Not sure if they do catering, but would definitely consider for future events.
Must visit for anyone and will make it a new spot for me. Very convenient off the freeway too.“

“2026 MAY

More than a food truck. My overstuffed carne asada tacos were fantastic. Smokey and tender steak; warm corn tortillas, fresh pico. The giant carnitas quesadilla was excellent as well, but could have used more cheese. A large variety of excellent quality hot sauce cups were offered as I picked up our food. The chipotle was very good.

Service was quick and friendly. We hit a slow time around 2pm, but the staff have a system honed for a lunchtime crowd that must surely happen here.

This is officially a food truck/trailer, but it isn't going anywhere. There are covered outdoor tables and a decent size parking lot.

Parking is OK. There's also a Home Depot right next to the place with a large lot.“

“This is a GREAT taco truck place to stop for lunch. Seriously the best carne asada tacos I've ever had! I want to try the others as well, but the carne asada is so good I haven't gotten around to it yet. The grilled peppers are pretty spicy and the red and green sauces are good. If you are in the area you do not want to miss these.“
