La Tía Angelina is a taco truck located outside of a Chevron in Bellevue. The food is authentic, fresh, and high quality. The quisabirria tacos are the best in town, with the best consome. The quesadillas are really big and really flavorful. The carne asada fries and chicken quesadilla are both so good. The chicken tacos are crispy with lots of flavors. This is not an ordinary taco truck, but one of the best for Mexican food. Service is 12/10, with a focus on customer satisfaction and consistency. Employees are friendly and always really nice. There is a big tent for dining with heaters in the winter, plus outside seating.
