Got the quisabirria tacos and a quesadilla for my girlfriend and I gotta say the quisabirria is the best I've had in town. That consome is the best! My girlfriends quesadilla was also really big and really flavorful. Kinda mad I haven't stopped by this place sooner!
The food is authentic, fresh and high quality. Service is 12/10. Their focus is customer satisfaction and attention to consistency. This is my go to place for chorizo quesadillas and their birria grilled cheese. Give this place a try! You won't regret. They even have outside seating if you can't wait to get it back home.
It's really good and they're always really nice, this is not your ordinary taco truck, but one of the best you will find in Bellevue! They have a big tent for dining now, with heaters in the winter.
