Rico is one of the best employees I’ve seen! Really respectful kind and had a big smile on his face the whole time! Give that man a raise!
The staff and the new manager are so nice. They don’t skimp out on portions and are very patient! Customer service is phenomenal.
I’ve been a regular at the Woodinville location for a while now, but I will now be also coming to the Bellevue location solely due to the new general manager Rico. I met him at the Woodinville store and the service has been a complete 180 since he’s taken over Bellevue. He knows how to run a great store and keep customers coming back, would highly recommend coming in to this location for 10/10 service.
