This feels like a hidden gem? The food and service were good. We had complimentary hot tea, hard to enjoy on a warm day but welcomed.
I ordered the garlic eggplant, water boiled fish, and one of the lamb dish that had onions. Everything came out so delicious and as I expected from previous sichuanese restaurant experiences.

My favorite comfort food place, fast & friendly service, large portions. No matter where I move to in WA state, I always come back and they always remember me & my go to meal. Love!
The best we’ve had. We’ve been several times and always look forward to the next time.

Sichuan Cuisine offers authentic Sichuan Chinese food with a variety of dishes, including traditional favorites and "American Chinese" flavors. The restaurant has a simple and comfortable dining room, along with friendly service. Recent reviews mention quick service and well-cooked lamb that is nicely prepared. Customers often enjoy sharing dishes with a group, suggesting ordering fewer entrees and adding an appetizer. The flavors are decent, though some find the vegetable-to-meat ratio unbalanced. With reasonable prices and modern decor, Sichuan Cuisine is a good choice for those who like spicy food and want a casual dining experience.
