“This feels like a hidden gem? The food and service were good. We had complimentary hot tea, hard to enjoy on a warm day but welcomed. I ordered the garlic eggplant, water boiled fish, and one of the lamb dish that had onions. Everything came out so delicious and as I expected from previous sichuanese restaurant experiences. The food is served family style on a large plate with one serving spoon. It can be difficult to eat the food with chopsticks as it gets oily real quick but they provide a spoon upon request. I would love to come back as often as possible if I were closer. It's also pretty affordable for the amount of food received.“

“I love teapot vegetarian house, I have known its closure would be inevitable due to the strip mall's conversion to apartments although I am still extremely sad to see it go. very extensive menu, large portions, lovely staff, delicious vegan food, and versions of hard-to-find-vegan authentic Chinese dishes I've been missing since becoming vegan. overall highly recommended you go before it closes, and get the mango "cheese"cake, it's hands down the best dessert they make and absolutely delicious, and 100% vegan!“

“I’ve been here quite a few times and usually go with the Jenny Pho Special or one of the vermicelli bowls. The portions are always generous, and the service has been really attentive every time I’ve gone. I really like the flavor of the pho broth, and the beef is always good quality.

I also like that you can make substitutions in the vermicelli bowls. I usually switch a few things around, and the staff has always been really accommodating. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m in the mood for pho or vermicelli.“

My husband love their special Pho. Their vietnamese is on the strong side so be careful. Quick service and plenty of parking. Lunch time can be really busy.“

“I don't recommend eating here. A coworker and myself tried the bahn mi and spring rolls one day and they were some of the worst I have eaten; ended up just tossing half my order. My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“

“Very good! The shrimp, chive and pork dumplings we got were great and the BBQ steamed pork buns were delicious and unique from the standard pork bungs that tend to be rather sweet. Everything seemed to be made to order too. Very nice couple running the place. Definitely coming back.“

“Lee’s Kitchen in Factoria is the same restaurant as the OG located Overlake. This location is much more spacious vs Overlake. If you are near both locations, come here instead. Their most popular dishes are the rice rolls while everyone still complains about how long it takes to make stone pot rice dishes. In case anyone misses the fine print, it takes over 30 minutes. Another couple in the restaurant thought they forgot to make the dish and were yelling into the kitchen. The staff is friendly, though limited with their English. We ordered via the tablet at the front, and the food is brought out to us at the table. A rack on a wall has all the utensils and napkins, etc. Parking is plentiful.

The Food:
Shrimp Rice Rolls $11.99 – 4 Stars
The rice rolls are still as good as I remember them. For some reason, it feels a bit out of balance this time. A lot of rice rolls, not a lot of shrimp. The sauce is fantastic and a must.

Signature Beef Brisket Rice Rolls add Egg, $18.99+$1 – 4 Stars
This is a beefy take on the rice roll. The added egg provided the yellow hue in the rice roll. Some brisket pieces are fattier. Their version is the traditional style with the chewy bit attached; some folks might hate it due to this. The sauce is also beefy. This is almost a soup, not in a bad way.

Clear Soup Beef Offal with Daikon, $12.99 – 0 Stars
This was a sad dish. When they say soup, they meant most broth, with few contents. The daikon wasn’t tender. The offal and the soup didn’t have much flavor. I rarely leave food behind, but I did for this dish.

Garlic Fried Chicken Wings, $7.99 – 5 Stars
The clear winner of the night were their wings. I believe four pieces of plump and fat wings, perfectly crispy and flavorful. I would order this again.“

We ordered takeout on their website and it was ready in 10 minutes. My husband ordered the Phad See ew with chicken and I got the panang curry with chicken. Both are $15.95 before tax.

You just need to tell them your name when you pick up your food, but the lady at the front desk was kind of out of it.. since it was empty at that time and she was definitely thinking about something else... Or maybe my name was too weird for her so I have to tell her twice lol.

The portion is alright, but you need to pay $2 for rice, so I skipped it. I have instant rice at home and it takes 90 seconds to microwave. Anyways the food was pretty standard, nothing special. The spice level is Americanized, so not super spicy in my opinion. My husband's 4 star pad see ew was totally tolerable for me.

We will come back for takeout if he is craving thai food again, though I'm not really a fan of any restaurant who sells curry without providing rice for free lol.“

“Just found my go-to pho spot within 5 miles of my home !! Such a delicious broth and hearty serving sizes, more than dozen large pieces of tender beef with an aldente cooked pho, unlike so many other neighborhood Vietnamese restaurants that stingily give a few pieces of meat in a big bowl of over cooked noodles. The Garlic beef was just as tasty and sizable in portion, this little resturant is definitely going tobe among my weekly visit spots from now on. With several big TV screens hung on walla, we can even come here to eat while watching a sports game on TV !!“

“Got take out, the food was ready when expected and easy to pick up. Prices per dish are typical for this area. However, something needs to be said about the portion sizes. This is the second time my family has ordered take out here and while portions of the rice, noodles, and curry dishes were fine, the portions of the other dishes (between 2 different orders, there was an eggplant dish x2, a chicken dish, and a salmon dish) were extremely stingy. In a typical take out container, the portions of these looked like about 1/3 of what I would expect for $20 dishes, to the point where when I looked at the container, I thought multiple people had already served themselves from it. Nope, that's how much it came with. Maybe their portions are more generous when you dine in, but the take out portions for the non-rice and noodle dishes have been consistently stingy to the point where it feels like a rip-off. After 2 such experiences, although the food itself is decent, we probably won't be ordering from here again.“
