“Taiwan beef noodle soup at Nan Noodle — really solid choice. The broth was rich and savory with a nice depth of spice, and the beef was tender enough to fall apart with your chopsticks. Noodles had a great chewy bite. Portion was generous without being overwhelming. Definitely hits the spot if you’re craving something comforting and flavorful. Would order again🔥🔥🔥👍🏾👍🏾“

“We go there for Jajangmyeon and Jjampong just about weekly. Always great stuff. I've tried Jjampong in several King County restaurants, so far this is my favorite! Their noodles are always top notch, I assume from taste and texture that they make them in-house.
Service is always excellent.
Atmostphere is fast food, but very good for what it is. And two TVs for watching the World Cup :-)“

“It was a very nice restaurant, the food was good, the waitresses were super patience and explained the menu when we asked questions. They also allowed us to stay and talk even though we finished eating and paid. It has lots of seating from booths to chairs for bigger families. They have a 5 level spice for their dishes and was quite fresh and spicy when we chose level 4. The calamari was unfortunately soft breaded and comes off easily, but quite tasty with the sauce.“

“Very calm and peacefull environments. There was another table of 2 already eating when I arrived and it still took about 30-40 minutes from my arrival to get my order taken and to get my food on the table. Wait time is definitely a bit too long, had to get my own to-go box and ask to pay before leaving.
Aside from the wait time, the food was excelent. I loved their desert Black Lava Baos, 10/10 would get every time. I also got the lamb with scallion steamed dumplings. The fresh handmade dumplings were seasoned perfectly and were delicious. The food was great and the portion sizes are great! It was very filling and satisfying.“

“This is my absolute go-to spot for Thai food. The Lynwood has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff members are always friendly, even when it gets busy. No matter what, I always order Stir fried squid with salted egg yolk—it’s a must-have for me. But what keeps things exciting is that they’re always introducing new dishes that bring me right back to home in Thailand. The flavors are authentic, comforting, and full of depth. Their cocktails are also incredible—perfectly balanced and a great complement to the meal. If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience, this place never disappoints.“

“On Friday, Oct 18, 2024 we tried TK Noodle Cafe for the first time for lunch. The entire experience was beyond our expectations. Upon entering the small place, it was warm, cozy and spotless, and nicely decorated. The best was yet to come! The food was, well, the best Thai... ever. High quality fresh ingredients prepared to perfection. I enjoyed the Wonton Soup, and my spouse equally enjoyed the Goay Teaw Tom Yum, a peanut and rice noodle soup. As retired lifelong restaurant owners, we consider this spot a hidden treasure.“

“Thai One On doesn’t just serve dinner; they serve pure, unapologetic comfort. You can taste the expertise and genuine care in every single bite.
The service is incredibly warm, and they absolutely nail the spice—delivering that perfect, endorphin-rushing heat exactly how you want it.
But whatever you do, order the Kao Soy. It is dangerously indulgent. Picture a deeply savory, rich yellow curry and coconut milk broth clinging perfectly to tender egg noodles. Every bite is a masterclass in texture and contrast: the bright, acidic crunch of pickled mustard greens, the sharp bite of shallot, fresh cilantro, and savory fried garlic, all crowned with a nest of crispy fried egg noodles.
It’s the kind of bowl you’ll find yourself craving days later.
Don't overthink it—just go.“

“I don't recommend eating here. A coworker and myself tried the bahn mi and spring rolls one day and they were some of the worst I have eaten; ended up just tossing half my order. My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“

“food is amazing as always
i got the seafood lemongrass soups.
super punchy with the flavour and spicy. love it.
the chef always hits.
the male owner had a super bad attitude today that put several tables of customers and take out orders uncomfortable. if you’re having a bad day, stay at home.
he was rude, surly faced, and ignored people’s requests.
also the avocado smoothie is made more with powder than with real avocado. it didn’t taste bad… but it wasn’t real avocado. more perfumey“

“- good for takeout -
We ordered takeout on their website and it was ready in 10 minutes. My husband ordered the Phad See ew with chicken and I got the panang curry with chicken. Both are $15.95 before tax.
You just need to tell them your name when you pick up your food, but the lady at the front desk was kind of out of it.. since it was empty at that time and she was definitely thinking about something else... Or maybe my name was too weird for her so I have to tell her twice lol.
The portion is alright, but you need to pay $2 for rice, so I skipped it. I have instant rice at home and it takes 90 seconds to microwave. Anyways the food was pretty standard, nothing special. The spice level is Americanized, so not super spicy in my opinion. My husband's 4 star pad see ew was totally tolerable for me.
We will come back for takeout if he is craving thai food again, though I'm not really a fan of any restaurant who sells curry without providing rice for free lol.“

“We tried the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen and the Flying Harvest Vegan Ramen and both were good. I liked the spicy creamy one as it was slightly creamy and spicy than the harvest one. Good vegetarian options available here.
Portion size was really good, and my partner liked the toppings added on the ramen. If you are a ramen fan, you would like it!“

“My newest obsession! They have the most authentic Sichuan Malatang and the savory mix is my favorite.
It’s super clean with great ambiance. Service is top notch too. The only thing is that it doesn’t have many options if you don’t like spicy so maybe not very kids friendly.“

“One of my favorite spots for a delicious bowl of pho! The broth is full of flavor, and all the ingredients come together perfectly. “I eat here exactly once a week. When the pho is good, it is fantastic. Among the best I've had. When it's bad, it's very flat. I'm not sure what's missing? Maybe 1/4 of the time it's bad, 1/4 of the time it's excellent. 1/2 the time it's pretty good.
Bottom line is the pho is quite inconsistent. I would happily change my review to 5 stars if this could be addressed.“

“We entered into an empty restaurant, but we did arrive within an hour of closing.
The menu had only pho , different sizes and different options. Chicken and beef.
I ordered the small beef combo and my partner ordered the extra large beef combo.
We were served a couple cream puffs as a complimentary appetizer. They were a nice airy creamy treat to start the meal. We didn’t have to wait long for our pho to arrive.
The small was a perfect amount of me and my partner finished the extra large, it was huge.
The broth was delicious, it hit the spot . We loved the chewy texture of the noodles. Overall we really enjoyed this restaurant and will be coming back, especially because it’s five minutes away from us.“

“I have been dining at Teapot for around 25 years, since their early Capitol Hill location. Over time and my evolving tastes and the changing vegan restaurant scene I have only grown more fond of this unique Jem. I was so bummed to hear they were supposed to close at the end of this year due to lease issues. But while visiting family I drove by and saw it open and sure enough their lease is extended for a year (at least). So go check out if you haven’t before, and pay another visit (or many) if you are already a fan. Updated from previous review on 2025-12-26“

“Got the steamed pork buns which was great. Highly recommend if you like a fluffy north eastern Chinese style pork bun, which can be very difficult to find in the area. The credit card machine is like always broken though so a little cash goes a long way.“

“My family and I have been to many restaurants that serve dumplings, but I have never been to one that has had dumplings this good! Dough Zone provides many different foods, such as steamed buns, fried rice, and their classic xia long BAO (soup filled dumplings)It does get pretty loud during dinner rush, but the food makes up for it! I must say,I have been here many times but I have NEVER gotten bored of their food! 5/5!“

“Great food. The employees were very kind. I recommend the squid with salted egg yolk (9/10) and the isarn noodles (8.5/10). The southern thai curry with vermicelli (5/10) tasted a bit like perfume, I personally wouldn’t go for it again. The papaya salad was very well done (10/10) and the fried squid was delicious (8/10).“

“Very polite customer service! I ordered a veggie rice bowl with a fried egg, and it was ready within 8 minutes. Food was enjoyable, my only complaint is the sauce I got was tiny, and you have to pay for a refill on a fountain drink. but, my portions were big for the price, considering it's bellevue, and I got full so quickly from my portion!“

“Eating in The Crossroads Mall is always awesome because there's so many choices that are so unusual from so many different places. I really love the Sesame tofu here and it comes in a portion size that makes it fairly worth the price. Although they added a tip without my consent if you don't notice they'll overcharged you. -1 star for being sneaky“

“Visited Bamboo Restaurant on a quiet Tuesday afternoon ,not crowded, which gave the place a calm, almost unhurried atmosphere. Service was quick, and the food arrived without delay.
I ordered the #14 pho large. The broth leaned toward ginger and lime, with a light oil finish and a subtle hint of cinnamon, a nod to the traditional spice base. However, it lacked the depth and cohesion you’d expect from a properly slow-simmered pho.
Typically, spices like star anise, cloves, and cinnamon should come together in a balanced, layered way , here, they felt slightly disconnected.
The noodles were thin and cooked well, though fairly neutral in flavor. The meats were a strong point , well-seasoned and prepared correctly, adding needed substance to the bowl.
I also tried the chili oil (saté), and this is where things dropped a bit. It had a heavier, more generic profile — lacking the aromatic depth and freshness you’d expect from a well-crafted blend.
It felt closer to a pre-made, store-bought oil rather than something developed in-house, which took away from the overall experience.
The atmosphere was extremely quiet no music, minimal interaction which made the space feel slightly awkward rather than inviting. Small details were also missing, like basic table spices or salt.
That said, there’s a certain honesty to this place. It has a simple, home-style feel: casual, calm, and straightforward.
At around $20 per person, it sits in a range where a bit more refinement in both flavor and experience would elevate it significantly.
A decent spot if you’re looking for something quiet and uncomplicated — but not quite there if you’re after a deeply traditional pho experience.“

“Portion is quite small, contrary to what people in previous reviews say. Maybe the portions have been reduced recently. I was only half full after eating one order, and each order is expensive ($24 before tax/tip which means actually $30).
The udon is served in a huge bowl, but the bowl is only around 30% full.
The noodles have a great texture.
You place your order at the counter but of course the machine still asks you for a tip...“

“First order: I was really excited. The portions felt on par with what I would expect for the cost, and most importantly, the meals seemed fresh. The flavors were really good and packaged well. As someone who hates leftovers, I really enjoyed my first order. I would have given 4/5 stars.
My second order this week, not so much. (Maybe I ordered the wrong things this week). The breakfast portions were small (I was still hungry afterward), and the quality didn’t feel the same as the week before. The scrambled eggs with asparagus turned the eggs slimy and brown—not the most appealing. Dinners during the second week were decent but included fillers, like what appeared to be canned green beans. More roasted broccoli would have felt better, in my opinion.
So it depends on the week, I guess. I already ordered for next week, so we’ll see. I’ll update my review if the quality improves. I would order again for convenience (I’m currently postpartum, so having premade meals is super helpful!), but for this price point, I would expect the quality to stay consistent or improve.“
