Came here alone after getting my nails done up the block at Tranquility! It is in a shared space with the juicery, Möge Tee. I ordered N4 braised pork rice noodle and W3 wontons in soup. This was a lot of food for one person! The rice noodle soup was filled with pork! The noodles were slippery and fun to slurp! The star anise, and other spices were abundant. I thought we lost the GOAT crossing bridge noodle in Bellevue but this replacement is as good as PAVO if not better. Food: Beef noodle soup: best beef noodle soup base in Bellevue. I got the original without the extra chilli oil and it was perfect level of spicy and beef soup taste. They gave you a decent amount of braised beef. Not too much but not too little.
