“Our family love this restaurant in BC, so glad they are finally have one here, I love their variety of seafood choice and different way of preparing them that like no others restaurants have it here. They have crab promotion the night we visited so we tried the lotus leaf/sticky rice steam crab, everyone loves it so much. We also tried their steam abalone with XO sauce it was delicious. We finished it so quickly and forgot to take picture of the abalone. Other foods here are great too. Great service since it was a week night and about 60% full. They have promotion from Monday to Thursday dinner on special item, we probably will come again to try out on different night. All their servers are great, especially Tony, he was so patient answered all our questions and attending to all our needs; it makes our dinning experience much more enjoyable!“

“Souryuu Crepe at MeCrepe is a must-try! The combination of flavors is unique and perfectly balanced. The crepe itself is light and crispy, while the filling is rich and flavorful. The presentation is beautiful, and the service is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new and delicious!“

“I’ve tried both the combo and non-combo options, and the non-combo can easily cost $100 per adult. The combo, though, is really a steal. It includes the soup base, sauce bar, meat or fish slices, vegetables, rice or noodles, and even a drink, all for just $19.9 or $24.9. In the Seattle area, a single bowl of pho can easily go for twenty bucks. I used to be a loyal fan of Boiling Point during the winter, but recently, the portions have gotten really small, so now it looks like Haidilao is going to be my new go-to.
The downside is that the combo is only available from 11 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.
Customer service is excellent, and they offer 3-hour parking validation as well.“

“Amazing food since new management took over. Authentic Sichuan chicken with enough Szechuan pepper.
I ate the fish too fast for the photo because it was so tasty.
Their chicken is amazing too but their fish is truly out of this world.“

“One of our go-to restaurants on a cold day. The addicting mala fish is our favorite but the signature sauerkraut is also excellent if you’re not feeling spicy. The crispy pork is a great pair with the soup, especially when dining in so it stays crispy.
Quality has been consistent across many visits and one soup + pork is enough to feed the two of us. Overall a great stop!“

“Parking: small shared lot.
Atmosphere: diner like setting with booths and upbeat music playing from the back corner.
Service: wait to be seated, scan menu, place order via your mobile device and send to kitchen.
Menu: photos and titles only, no descriptions.
Seaweed Salad: generous amount of long, cold strands of seaweed with chili oil. Spicy but cooling. Refreshing cold spice that does not linger. My tongue liked it. :)“

- and probably more it’s just idk a lot of types of dietary restrictions
Kid-friendliness: ur kids will love you more if you bring them here if they:

- like spicy
- don’t like spicy
- they also have a boba and yogurt cube little store attached to the main malatang place so ur kids will probably like that too“

“We ordered plenty of BBQ and dishes!! Those dishes may be too much for four people!! Since we ordered one appetizer (stinky tofu), four BBQ types (chicken wing skewer, lamb skewer, beef skewer, and roasted leeks) and 3 dishes (eggplant, roasted duck, and stir fried beef). Hence, it will be $40 per person with tax and tips included. otherwise, I guess it should be $30 on average!!“

“Seattle’s famous Tianfu Chunqiu Sichuan Restaurant
The taste is pretty good. I especially recommend the pickled fish.
But the portion in a big pot is really big!
It’s very filling for 2 people~
I also ordered a fried lotus root dish with green beans.“

“Food was pretty good and tasty, we got the potato noodle with non spicy broth and mild spicy broth. Both of the broths were rich in flavor. The intestine was really good and had the right amount of chewiness. The portion is also just right. As someone who usually eats a lot, I left the restaurant pretty full and satisfied. The price is also fair. Would definitely recommend coming here for a quick and easy meal.
The only complaint I have is that the place might not be super clean (but it's also not dirty).“

“Finally, I got a chance to try this place out after passing by it a few times. It's a pretty neat style of cooking, where they place the ingredients in a pot and slowly cook it (dry pot style). Once it's almost ready, the server will mix in the special sauces. We ordered a couple of pots, one medium level spice, and one without spice. The medium spicy was a prie-fixe menu - Family Combo and the other one we picked the items. The food was pretty good and it was a good new experience.“

“I came here for a quick bite in between my studying (SAT prep). I walked past this place a lot on my way to other restaurants so I decided to give it a try. I’m pretty sure this is a family run restaurant (I thought it was pretty cool you don’t see a lot of them in bellevue). I got the beef noodle soup which is one of my favorite dishes and it was amazing. They prepared it in about 5-10 minutes. The noodles were the right softness and the broth, while on the lighter side, was also amazing. The beef had a lot of flavor and it was also cooked very well (not too chewy). It was the perfect amount of spice: you could taste it, but it didn’t overwhelm the overall flavor. Very good and would come back.“

“This is our top choice for hot pot in Seattle! The ingredients, service, and ambiance are all fantastic. It gets quite busy during peak hours, so making a reservation in advance saves a lot of waiting time.
Today, I made a reservation about 10 minutes before arriving, and we got seated fairly quickly. Even then, the waiting area was packed. It was just me and my younger daughter dining today, and we were given a large round table meant for 6-8 people without being asked to share. I asked to move to a smaller booth, but was told I’d need to rejoin the queue. It would be great if the restaurant could be a bit more flexible with table assignments!
This was also our first time trying the all-you-can-eat option with one adult and one child, and it was perfect! Portion sizes were just right to let us taste a variety of foods without waste. Overall, a very satisfying experience – we’ll definitely be back!
Parking: Parking available in front and back of the restaurant
Kid-friendliness: High chairs available; tomato, bone, or mushroom broth options suitable for kids!“

“I got the Shen Jian Bao (pork soup dumplings) here, and they were decent
The dough on the outside was nice and soft, and the bottom had a brown-ish texture, indicating shallow frying
the inside was a bit lacking, though. it felt like mostly soup rather than having much pork filling. the pork inside was fine, but nothing special
for about $10, you get 5 dumplings, which isn't a bad price, but I wouldn't say it makes you full
overall, these are perfectly average dumplings, but there are better places. 7/10“

“They have more of a premium Boba tea selections and mixes compared to inherent places. their 4 stars is spicier than other places I get 5 stars at. decent typical Chinese food that I'm used to. I like it. AND, most important thing, they still maintained their business hours even during snow! I was there at 1115pm craving for hot n sour soup. I called beforehand just in case. There wasn't a lots of places opened after 9pm due to snow.“

“I went in semi naive to what was on the menu. Nothing stands out. You order at the counter. Understand that the dishes are larger to feed 2-3 people and their are no sides. Meaning if you like rice with your Asian cuisine it will be extra. Not realizing the size of the dishes I ordered 5 things and 2 sodas and a beer and 2 sides of rice which are small 1 person small and I spent with tip close to 140$+
It is in a strip mall so this is not meant to be fancy. Think small cafeteria style. Of the dishes the on that stood out for me was the chili shrimp. Otherwise pretty generic stuff. Beef had a diffrent texture to it that didn't suit me well. But if your into Asian cuisine make your own opinion. I more then likely won't go back. Quality of food for the money not a win for me.“

“Peony offers an upscale Chinese dining experience, with prices reflective of the generous portions. The cuisine stays true to its roots, though some dishes cater to American tastes. Beware of the beef ribeye fried rice, though—it's hit or miss. Last time, it was exceptional; this time, the beef had a hint of sourness. The restaurant’s vibe is uniquely appealing for a Chinese eatery, but the service could use improvement, which seems to be common in the area. Convenient parking nearby makes it a spot worth trying.“

“This is probably the best Chinese restaurant I have been to. The food is great. The prizes are a little high but it's worth it, especially because the plates are big. The service was also alright except we didn't really interact with the server too much other than taking the order and for paying. Overall, the restaurant has great decoration and the colors aren't overwhelming. Love it ☆☆☆☆☆“

“Shanghai House is a hidden gem, offering a delicious fusion of Chinese and Korean cuisine.
Their menu features traditional dishes like TungSuYuk, Northern Korea’s unique take on Sweet-and-Sour Beef, and Jjajangmyeon also spelled Jajangmyeon is a delightful noodle dish topped by with a thick sauce of Chunjang, diced pork, and vegetables
These rare finds in the US, but are absolutely worth seeking out.
Despite the surprisingly low review ratings, my experience was nothing short of exceptional—from the outstanding service to the incredible food flavors. It's possible that the traditional Chinese-Korean dishes might be unfamiliar to some. However, for anyone living in or near Seattle, or just visiting, Shanghai House is an absolute must-try! ??“

“Ordered tea smoked lamb rack, chestnut chicken, peach oolong raindrop jelly, intestine and duck blood, fried rice, spicy fish, and lotus root stir fried beef. Interesting food. Lots of variety, there were a lot of things I wanted to order but didn't have a chance to. The tea smoked lamb was the best dish, very tender. Everything was quite good.“

“This is my first time leaving a review for this establishment and it’s way overdue. I’ve been coming here for close to 7 years. I supported them throughout covid. And every time the food and service is on point. My go to order is the shrimp dumplings and the pork and shrimp shumai. Today i also ordered the sticky rice. The guy in the front knows me by name. Always friendly and accommodating. Today it looks like they had some internet issues so instead of calling my order i just went to the front counter to order. Not a big deal. The food still came out hot and fast. I will always support this place as long as i live. I’m a customer for life.“
