Truly good Chinese food needs a good wok: and that was something I felt was missing all throughout my meal.
While the ambience of Baron’s felt fancy, the food simply could not keep up. An unfortunate mix of too-salty and less than seasoned dishes resulted in a disappointing night. Ultimately, I will not be returning, especially given the price point. There are far better Chinese restaurants in Bellevue!
