Really this is probably one of the top most teriyaki I ever had. I own restaurant and I a am foodie. “This place has improved significantly 0over the last few months. Food has always been tops, now they have the service to match. I go for a 30 minute lunch break, and always have extra time. Try the general's chicken, and the spicy chicken teriyaki if you have my taste, or the banh mi sandwich you have my partner's taste. All 3 were exceptional. I'll be back many times.“

“Great place for quick bites with a lot of options. They have self order booths with photos so its easy to order too.

We ordered a duck jianbing and didn’t expect much but overall I would say this is an easy 8-8.5/10. Outer layer is soft, very eggy serves with the shredded duck inside and the crispy fried stick. They also spreaded a chili sauce inside. So savory and have a good kick.

“There's this unexpected gem, you MUST try, in the U-District! It's the Red Pepper Chinese Cuisine! They are this great clean and fairly fast restaurant, that serves up hearty and delicious meals! Most of their entrées serve 2 or more people (almost family style), so bring your appetite!!! We had their Dry Pot dish, where you can choose 5 mix and match ingredients, on their menu. We were one of their first guests in those early days and eat here so much the owners know me by name! If I were qualified to give food awards, this place would win my 2024 Best of Seattle award! 🥇👏🏻✨ Ps. They do not accept reservations - it’s first come first serve. Around 6pm, they go on a waitlist and a line starts to form outside. Don’t bother calling to get on the waitlist - they won’t even do that for me! You have to show up in person to get on the list.“

“Amazing experience coming here with my mom. You’re immediately and warmly welcomed into the restaurant by the workers/family. The food was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and serving sizes were just right. The auntie/owner made rounds talking to her customers and she was very genuine and friendly. My mom’s parents are from Hainan where the owner is from and they immediately bonded over this and it was super cute seeing them interact with each other. We plan to return again and bring more friends/family here in the future.“

The fermented stinky tofu and intestines are a must order! Stir fry dou miao was cooked just right too. Service was prompt and unobtrusive. Plenty of free parking. A) Green onion bread, 5 star. Nice crunch.
B) The beef and cheese crepe? 3 star. Solid but not special.
C & D) The bento box with lamb and another with beef? 4 star. Average size portion of rice with Kim chi, hot dog, half tea egg, and entree. Added soy. Milk and tea egg for $3.00

Enjoyable. 3.5 star but I’ll round up to 4.0 star. If you’re Taiwanese, you’ll fair better.“

“Mei Mei Cafe is a fantastic hidden gem just off the main U District rush. They specialize in skewers, and the variety is excellent—you can try a bunch of different meats and veggies. The portions are generous, the prices are very student-friendly, and the food comes out hot and fast. It is the perfect cozy spot to grab a bunch of skewers with friends after class“

Still not sure why I wasn't able to get any sauces (soy sauce, chili oil) but it sounds like they addressed that. I would recommend this restaurant and will go back once I'm back in town.“

“The first thing I noticed was the pristine cleanliness. Even the corners of the floor by the entrance door were spotless. Service was fast and efficient; a large pot of perfectly brewed Jasmine tea arrived quickly. My husband ordered the chicken chow mein, I ordered vegetarian dumplings, and we split the best fried rice we've ever eaten. I never expected to eat 6 of the dumplings! They were so delicious that I couldn't stop. My husband said, "We've got to come back here!" Its a little hard to find, but well worth the effort.“

“Such an incredible new Chinese place for north Seattle! Every dish we had was amazing. Mongolian beef with crispy rice noodles--perfect flavor. The sweet and sour pork was like nothing we've had before, and the pot stickers are clearly made from scratch on site, they taste soooo fresh. Best of all, the chef had just whipped up a bath of popcorn chicken with this amazing sweet/spicy seasoning, and let us try it to give our opinion on the new recipe. So good! Very high quality food, made fresh, and incredibly reasonable prices. (Most entrees I saw are $9-12.) And the owners are exceptionally kind and professional. This will be our go to when we are in the neighborhood.“

“I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember and it’s still my favorite Chinese food I’ve ever had. Before it was Chiang’s it was called China Harbin in the eighties and before that it was a Pizza Hut, hence its architectural shape. Ordering off both the American Chinese Menu as well as the traditional Chinese Menu is a must. Highly recommend their hot and sour soup, housemade noodles, scallion pancakes, Chinese greens, and salt and pepper prawns. My son ate an entire tray of noodles to himself. Also kind of a bonus their fortune cookies are the best— both in taste and the fortune itself. My fortune was on point.“

“Pleasantly surprised with Mount & Bao in Lynnwood! I’ve visited the location in Greenlake one time before but didn’t know they had a few other spots.

This location had easy parking out front and was well decorated for the holiday season. We were seated immediately as it was after lunch hour.

I came with a group of three and ordered the shrimp shumai, salt and pepper wings, honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef, spring rolls, and xiaolongbao. Portion sizes were very generous that we even had leftovers, which is always a win.

Standout dishes for us were the salt and pepper wings (lots of wings, super flavorful and crispy), honey walnut shrimp, and Mongolian beef. Everything came out hot and well-prepared.

To top it off, the waitress surprised us with a complimentary slice of cheesecake at the end, which was very thoughtful. Great food, solid portions, and friendly service - we’ll definitely be back!“

“This place is an absolute recommend if you’re looking for authentic Chinese dishes. The wood mushrooms with black vinegar were a crunchy starter and very refreshing. I also ordered the twice cooked pork which was sweet, sour, crispy, and absolutely divine. For dessert, their sweet rice dumpling soup was soft and comforting. Overall the service was excellent, food tasted fresh, and the portions are perfect to share with friends or family!“

“I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best Chinese American food I've ever had. We ordered takeout and had the sesame beef, beef & broccoli, orange chicken, and sweet & sour crispy chicken which was included for free! The ingredients were high quality and prepared with care, the sauces were amazing, and there were incredible textures throughout each dish. Everything that you'd want to be crispy was crispy, everything that you'd want to be tender was tender. The beef in the beef & broccoli was so soft and juicy it basically melted in my mouth. “My son asked for water bowl for our pup. They would not take money for it. Then we both wanted food and got chicken bowls that were perfect. The lady brought them outside to us with a bowl of chicken for our pup. She was amazingly friendly. The food was great. Give this place a try. Hope you have itas good as well both did. “I ordered the KungPao chicken lunch special with fried rice and hot and shoup. Aside from being super affordable, the taste was great too! The fried rice surprised me the most. It had a really good taste and is pretty authentic. The hot and sour soup was a perfect mix of sour and salty. The kungpao chicken is good too. Next week, I'll try the garlic chicken.

“My husband and I LOVE going to Ikiiki Sushi Bar—they make the BEST sushi in Seattle! It’s a hidden gem of a sushi restaurant.

Every time I go with my husband or friends, I always have a great experience thanks to the high-quality sushi, excellent and friendly service, and the comfortable atmosphere.

I enjoy many different sushi restaurants in Seattle, but I come to this one often because the sushi is consistently amazing—I’ve never been disappointed! I always look forward to coming back whenever I’m craving great sushi.

“I get my Little Ting's food from their Greenwood location. I've ordered from Little Ting's twice, and both times I've been very satisfied with the food I got! The potstickers and buns (northern-style dumplings) are delicious--I particularly like the pork and Napa cabbage potstickers. They send small containers of chili oil and soy sauce to use on the dumplings, and this is a great addition! If you're a vegetarian, there are veggie options for the dumplings (don't know if it's vegan but it's definitely vegetarian). It's wonderful to have an authentic dumpling shop in the neighborhood! “I love the mom and pop vibe here. The egg flower soup is exceptional. I appreciate that they offer a lunch special with so many choices, since I alwsys want it ALL when I have Chinese. The lunch special includes your choice of egg flower or hot and sour soup, and egg roll, your choice of white, brown or fried rice, and then your entree choice. Each is about $15. Idk if they were out of it last time, or if they stopped including hot tea with lunch. It is clean and the staff are friendly. They offer to go. They can accommodate individuals or a group of up to 8 at a big round table with a lazy Susan.“
