“This place has improved significantly 0over the last few months. Food has always been tops, now they have the service to match. I go for a 30 minute lunch break, and always have extra time. Try the general's chicken, and the spicy chicken teriyaki if you have my taste, or the banh mi sandwich you have my partner's taste. All 3 were exceptional. I'll be back many times.“

“My son asked for water bowl for our pup. They would not take money for it. Then we both wanted food and got chicken bowls that were perfect. The lady brought them outside to us with a bowl of chicken for our pup. She was amazingly friendly. The food was great. Give this place a try. Hope you have itas good as well both did. We will be back.“

“HUGE PORTION, AFFORDABLE PRICE. I usually get combo B, black bean noodles with sweet n sour pork. Noodles is so good with the sauce!! Pork is crispy but the sauce a bit too sweet. Only 1 lady work in the front but she is very friendly. Hard to find a cheap place like this“

“Delicious family-owned restaurant. So special, unique in the neighborhood. Small-batch cocktails - they make their own limoncello. Each plate is prepared fresh, in an open kitchen, with care and attention. These are people who care about their product and not just a profit. Enjoy the K-Pop!!“

“So fresh. My favorite spot to sit and relax alone after work. It’s easy to order and quick and air conditioned. Today I had ikura, Japanese fresh rolls, and a salmon and avocado roll - plus a passion fruit iced tea. Really really good.“

“Meekong Kitchen is a casual Vietnamese restaurant that’s especially nice when you want something warm and comforting on a cold or rainy Seattle day. The menu includes pho and other Vietnamese dishes, and the portions are satisfying without the restaurant feeling overly expensive or formal.
It’s a convenient neighborhood option for lunch, dinner, or takeout when you’re around Belltown. I like places like this that don’t need to be fancy to provide a good meal. A comfortable local choice when you’re craving Vietnamese food, especially a hot bowl of pho.“

“Takeout only, so plan accordingly, no seating. Parking is street only, but there's a loading zone right out front that's easy to pull up to. I got the combo with chicken teriyaki and spicy garlic chicken. Order was ready when I arrived, which I appreciated.
The teriyaki had good char marks and solid flavor, exactly what you want from teriyaki. The spicy garlic chicken I'd put at maybe a 2/5 on heat, so don't go in expecting anything intense. It's pretty mild, west coast spicy. I actually wanted more flavor and heat from it, but my partner thought it was way too spicy, so there's a wide range there. Between the two, I preferred the spicy garlic. Rice was cooked well.
Next on my list is the bang bang chicken. It's also connected to Salad Party, which is run by the same owners. Haven't tried it yet but I’m very curious.“

“You can pay with cash at the counter, but don’t be surprised when you walk in and see a lot of people standing around. They’ve already placed their order on a kiosk and they’re waiting for their number to be called. There isn’t a lot of flexibility in the menu and I think that’s what makes the flow of service very easy for this company is a very good model of business. There is some dine in seating. Most people just walk out with the container in hand no bag ready to eat everything is pretty much teriyaki based chicken they charge you extra for spicy so I would recommend getting regular and then just adding your own sauce for spice so I don’t have any pictures. I already ate.“

“A nice little tucked away asian food place. Anna was the kindest woman ever, offered me a salad and brought my food out to me, serving smiles the whole time. The General Tso’s chicken was the best I have ever eaten, and I am looking forward to the next time I come in! The atmosphere was also amazing, very clean and well put together, lots of plants which made a nice vibrant space, and some gentle jazz. 11/10 experience, will definitely be coming back again soon, and this will probably be my go to asian food restaurant from now on.“

“Ordered the chicken teriyaki for takeout at lunch, the food was fantastic! The man at the counter was friendly and had my order ready in less than 5 minutes. Inside is not anything fancy, but clean and cozy. I can definitely see myself bringing a friend or two here for a meal and good conversation in the future.“

“Had the bamboo shrimp skewers and a bowl of brisket pho (#15). The food was good and filling -- fresh ingredients and fatty broth.
The shrimp was interesting because it was more like shrimpcake wrapped around bamboo and fried, but it was tasty. I would def order again. I haven't seen this appetizer elsewhere.
Service was prompt and I was given a bottled water free of charge. I would definitely return!“

“This review is long overdue. This place is unreal. The food is so delicious! They have the best Yellow Curry I’ve ever had. Today I devoured the PAD KEE MAO. I can’t pick a favorite dish. They are all so flavorful. And then the Mango sticky rice is to die for. They have the fresh mangoes they use on display right when you walk in the front door. So obviously this is a seasonal dessert. Praise the food gods that it’s in season now. The chef is Amorn. He comes out and takes you to your table. He’s kind and makes you feel like you have just walked into his home. The atmosphere feels authentic, clean, and homey. I just love going there with my family. I want to bring every person I love to this restaurant. Especially if they love Thai food. Today all of Amorn’s family was there working together. It’s such a refreshing experience to eat food that’s made with so much love and devotion. Thank you to Amorn for always being so friendly and fun. I only got a picture of the mango sticky rice this time. I’ll take more photos next time.“

“I'm not too sure about the negative reviews but the girl at the counter was very nice to me. I got a blueberry bubble tea and it was one of the best bubble teas I have ever had. I'm sure the two reviews that are negative must have happened on a day everyone was stressed out that worked in the restaurant and maybe they did get a little snippy but there's no denying that they have very good food and the girl was very sweet to me at the counter. Some of You people act like you've never had a bad day. The dude probably has people try and get four and five bowls of soup at a time on him and with the way cost have gone up on everything I'm sure he is watching the soup like a hawk. I don't blame him.. that's money out of his pocket.“

“Great vegetarian options and incredible service!! Jason was so kind and helpful, our family would definitely return! We came in with a bigger group, and without being asked he moved tables together for us and was very patient as we all decided what to order. Tofu fried rice was great, and everything was presented well but the California roll came with a beautifully unexpected flower! Overall such a great experience :)“

“I used to come here only for the sushi, but in the recent months they either renovated and changed names or it’s a brand new business that set up here. Either way, the new place is pretty expensive, for pretty much the same quality sushi. A regular Philadelphia roll is $12.50 before tax. Not even at fancy sushi restaurants they cost above $10… it’s not a big difference, but every roll is just quite a bit more expensive than *most* sushi restaurants I’ve been to.“

“I just ordered from here using DoorDash and I absolutely love it!
The sauce and the rice bowls itself have so much flavor! The meat wasn’t dry at all and was actually really tender. Perfect portion size and presentation. The rice bowls remind me of home. It’s healthy, gluten, and dairy free!
I even got a little cute thank you message on one of the boxes :) so cute“

“This is such a gem. It's nothing fancy, but their food always tastes great. My recommendations are obviously the chicken teriyaki, chicken katsu, and gyoza. I also had ribs and those were good too. It's a perfect place to go when you just don't want to cook but want something that isn't too greasy. I personally like their salad too, but my partner doesn't like them (more for me 😁). The person who works there (I feel like it's the same woman all the time) is friendly as well! Highly recommend!!!“

“This is a pretty cool concept, where there's a ton of different options to choose from. unlike somewhere like chipotle, though, you actually choose how much of each thing you want, and load your plate up - which resembles a buffet style. But also unlike a buffet, you pay by the pound at the end.
Invariably, this lends itself to any reasonable person skipping the majority of carbs and focusing on the higher-value meats, which is what i did. I was able to get a combination of 16 different foods on my plate, including 9 different meats.
Some of them were pretty good. The salmon was decent enough, the teriyaki was also good, as was the beef meatball. I also liked the bulgogi and spicy pork. As far as meats I didn't like - the chicken breast was astoundingly dry. There was also nothing 'korean' about the Korean fried chicken.
Non-meat wise, I really liked the combination of the yakisoba and kimchi fried rice. Both of these were great options to pair with the meat variety I had in my plate.
The price comes it at around 13 dollars per pound, which is basically what mine ended up being. It's not bad for the amount of meat you get
Overall, this place is the epitome of variety over quality - but if you're just looking to try a bunch of things, there are worse places to find. 7/10“

“I visited Highway Teriyaki for lunch today and ordered two Teriyaki Chicken burritos. The dining room was clean and well-maintained, featuring attractive decor. The service was efficient and professional; my order, placed over the phone, was accurately prepared, and the individual who assisted me was polite. The burritos were generously filled while containing more rice than chicken, they were exceptionally flavorful. I highly recommend this establishment.“

“My mom and I came here for dinner a couple days ago. We ordered the tempura udon, chicken katsu curry, and a roll. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty average Japanese restaurant. The food wasn't bad, but it didn't really stand out. Portions were reasonable. They briefly forgot our roll, but brought it at the end, and the staff was polite. Service was okay, though not super attentive. The place was busy, so I get it. One thing that surprised me was the soup and salad came first, with the katsu curry and rice arriving after. I personally prefer everything served together, but that's just my preference. Overall, it's a decent casual meal, but given the busy vibe, I expected something a bit more memorable.“

“We order here pretty regularly. The food is always good. The service is fast.
But tonight was special. Placing my order over the phone was exceptionally easy. I had a couple of things that were a little bit customized. I went and picked up my food and it was ready as expected. Every customization was perfect. And the kicker? The portions were a little bigger than usual.
Someone is getting something very right at Rama House. Thanks for the easy, delicious dinner!“

“Visited Bamboo Restaurant on a quiet Tuesday afternoon ,not crowded, which gave the place a calm, almost unhurried atmosphere. Service was quick, and the food arrived without delay.
I ordered the #14 pho large. The broth leaned toward ginger and lime, with a light oil finish and a subtle hint of cinnamon, a nod to the traditional spice base. However, it lacked the depth and cohesion you’d expect from a properly slow-simmered pho.
Typically, spices like star anise, cloves, and cinnamon should come together in a balanced, layered way , here, they felt slightly disconnected.
The noodles were thin and cooked well, though fairly neutral in flavor. The meats were a strong point , well-seasoned and prepared correctly, adding needed substance to the bowl.
I also tried the chili oil (saté), and this is where things dropped a bit. It had a heavier, more generic profile — lacking the aromatic depth and freshness you’d expect from a well-crafted blend.
It felt closer to a pre-made, store-bought oil rather than something developed in-house, which took away from the overall experience.
The atmosphere was extremely quiet no music, minimal interaction which made the space feel slightly awkward rather than inviting. Small details were also missing, like basic table spices or salt.
That said, there’s a certain honesty to this place. It has a simple, home-style feel: casual, calm, and straightforward.
At around $20 per person, it sits in a range where a bit more refinement in both flavor and experience would elevate it significantly.
A decent spot if you’re looking for something quiet and uncomplicated — but not quite there if you’re after a deeply traditional pho experience.“

“This place is great! Wonderful atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and reasonably priced food. Stopped here for a quick dinner and it was really nice. Our waiter was super friendly and checked on us once or twice. Our drinks were refilled repeatedly, which is a mark of good customer service in my book. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. Very calm dining experience. I'd highly recommend it. I got the basil chicken dish and my partner ordered green chicken curry. The portions were decently sized and the food was well seasoned and flavorful.“

“I just came to Seattle for vacation and was suddenly in mood for good chicken teriyaki. I searched and found this store and drove 15 miles. Oh my god. It’s a gem. Really this is probably one of the top most teriyaki I ever had. I own restaurant and I a am foodie. I guarantee this quality of just a simple teriyaki is not easy to get in top class sushi joints also. Humble setup and awesome food. Even the tempura and roll was good too. The boba tea wasn’t that great but who cares.“
