I'm not too sure about the negative reviews but the girl at the counter was very nice to me. I got a blueberry bubble tea and it was one of the best bubble teas I have ever had. I'm sure the two reviews that are negative must have happened on a day everyone was stressed out that worked in the restaurant and maybe they did get a little snippy but there's no denying that they have very good food and the girl was very sweet to me at the counter. Reading other reviews I’m not the only person that has experienced extremely rude service at the front counter. When we arrived they were busy with takeout orders but we were eating at the place. The other half sat at a table for 4, I ordered and after I payed the husband barked for us to move and pointed for a table for 2….mind you we were the only ones there dining in, so we were the only ones sitting down!!
