Feel free to stand around and not be acknowledged. Food is good, but service is so slow and inattentive that you'll be conflicted between - "should I tip in hopes that I'll get taken care of sooner?", or "should I not tip and hope they don't dock me and take longer to make a sub I ordered online?". When I arrived, I waited for several minutes before the staff acknowledged that I was there because they were talking to each other and completing remote orders.After I was acknowledged I had to wait several more minutes before they took my order. Once they did, they mixed up the toppings on the subs and were mad when I asked to remedy the mistake.Food was standard, restaurant was clean, but customer service for people visiting the restaurant was severely lacking.

Jersey Mike's is one of my daughter's favorite places to eat at; only second to Red Robin. The sandwiches are great and the hands that make them are blessed. If you have never been; I recommend that go.
