When I arrived, I waited for several minutes before the staff acknowledged that I was there because they were talking to each other and completing remote orders.After I was acknowledged I had to wait several more minutes before they took my order. Once they did, they mixed up the toppings on the subs and were mad when I asked to remedy the mistake.Food was standard, restaurant was clean, but customer service for people visiting the restaurant was severely lacking.

Terrible customer service, they don't even acknowledge you when you enter the store. Wait times are absurd, and the crew always lacks the ability to make a simple sandwich without issue. Please train these young workers to have some common decency and service.

Honestly I will just order online instead of in person. We’ve been coming here once every few months for two sandwiches and it’s always the feeling as if you’re being a complete inconvenience to the staff. They don’t even refrain from showing their annoyance of you being there ordering. Most of the time they don’t even ask you any questions regarding your order, so when you say something it’s an eye roll right to your face. I wish we had another chain near by. Management needs to speak to their staff, I don’t think anyone even cares. We can’t be the only ones.

Went here on a 30 minute break in Bothell and got a giant #6. The slicer (brownish/blonde) hair was super quick, wish I got her name for a proper shoutout. The guy at the register was also super polite, think I found my new go to!

I really enjoy going to JMs. Customer service is always on point, friendly atmosphere and I really love the Big Kahuna(chicken). My husband like the Italian because it has the extra protein and my son loves the mini ham sub. I recommend the Bothell Ev. HWY location next to Safeway.

I thought i found a great sandwich shop but ive been back about 5-6 times now and every sandwich i got was wrong in some way or form. Its like they dont even read the requests. Every time i have asked for NO oil & vinegar with hope to save a half for later but that doesnt happen, every sub was sauced up. Id ask for pickles and/ banana bell peppers but get none. Id ask for mustard, nope none of that either. Once i asked them not to cut it in half but sadly it was cut. Ive never worked at any type of food establishment but i guess its really hard. Im not going to go as low as a one cuz the subs are still good but not what i requested. If there is a new hire id fire that moron.Auto mode? 5-6 visits & all were wrong, two subs per order is like 9-10 subs...feels like y'all just dont care, thanks for the refund I'll be looking for it.

“Corporate cancelled” my door dash order at this store. I wasn’t notified that my order was cancelled until after leaving home, driving to the store and then waiting at the store for ~10 mins. Pretty frustrating, but things happen. So 2 stars for corporate because of their lack of communication with 3rd party ordering services.

I had a terrible experience with your staff at the Bothell location I order a sub with a soda cup and come to find that the soda was flat.I told them this and they just tell me the soda tank CO2 tank is out. They never told me anything about it or said they would refill or offer me a refund or exchange.Your staff refused to give me a number to call or customer service for complaints or even get a exchange, said I had to pay for a new soda bottle even though I wasted money for watered down soda at the fountain.I asked for an email or a phone and the lady that helped (young, blonde, short). Was not helpful and kinda had an attitude.I am honestly so upset because I regularly visit this place every Sunday.They wouldn't give me any refund or exchange and then only tell me the soda fountain was going to be filled after I went up to them several times. They also ignored me for a while asking for help at first.Avoid Your manager didn't even want to talk to me. They had the blonde girl relay my message to her back and forth.This happened Sunday 11:30am 6/11/2023.
