“I haven’t had takeaway Chinese food in years because of having celiac. When we saw that Best Teriyaki had lots of gluten free options, we decided to stop in and pick up take out to bring back to our hotel. We waited about 15 min for the food to be ready and when we got home saw that my dish wasn’t only marked GF but also was packaged in its own bag. I really appreciated the extra care taken to ensure I could eat safely.
I got the GenTao chicken with fried rice and it was everything my Chinese takeout heart desired. It was sweet and spicy and so delicious I didn’t even take any photos. Portion size is large and could be shared easily if you got an appetizer.“

“I'm not too sure about the negative reviews but the girl at the counter was very nice to me. I got a blueberry bubble tea and it was one of the best bubble teas I have ever had. I'm sure the two reviews that are negative must have happened on a day everyone was stressed out that worked in the restaurant and maybe they did get a little snippy but there's no denying that they have very good food and the girl was very sweet to me at the counter. Some of You people act like you've never had a bad day. The dude probably has people try and get four and five bowls of soup at a time on him and with the way cost have gone up on everything I'm sure he is watching the soup like a hawk. I don't blame him.. that's money out of his pocket.“

“Great place for quick bites with a lot of options. They have self order booths with photos so its easy to order too.
We ordered a duck jianbing and didn’t expect much but overall I would say this is an easy 8-8.5/10. Outer layer is soft, very eggy serves with the shredded duck inside and the crispy fried stick. They also spreaded a chili sauce inside. So savory and have a good kick.
Great food, great price, great portion - I would go back :)“

“Homemade Chinese style dumplings - including the dumpling wrapper! Service was wonderful and dumplings came out wonderful. Our favorite was the chili oil wontons w/ peanut. We also ordered pan fried and steamed dumplings and it tasted just like a nice home cooked meal.“

“Taiwan beef noodle soup at Nan Noodle — really solid choice. The broth was rich and savory with a nice depth of spice, and the beef was tender enough to fall apart with your chopsticks. Noodles had a great chewy bite. Portion was generous without being overwhelming. Definitely hits the spot if you’re craving something comforting and flavorful. Would order again🔥🔥🔥👍🏾👍🏾“

“There's this unexpected gem, you MUST try, in the U-District! It's the Red Pepper Chinese Cuisine! They are this great clean and fairly fast restaurant, that serves up hearty and delicious meals! Most of their entrées serve 2 or more people (almost family style), so bring your appetite!!! We had their Dry Pot dish, where you can choose 5 mix and match ingredients, on their menu. A Stir-Fried Noodle, with Chicken and a Deep Fried Chicken Soft Bone, with RED PEPPER! 😉🔥🌶 Everything was super delicious and filling!!! It looks like they have great lunch specials too, so go check them out and lmk what you try! Cheers!“

“Authentic Shanhai food. If you watch any YouTube videos about Shanghai street food, you'll find similar style of food in this restaurant. I like their 葱油拌面 and combo deals with shrimp wonton. Their service and cleanliness is meh, but food is great“

“This place is as authentic as can be (I'm Chinese), flavourful without being too salty and really satisfied my craving for proper Chinese food. The fermented stinky tofu and intestines are a must order! Stir fry dou miao was cooked just right too. Service was prompt and unobtrusive. Plenty of free parking. Inside a mall with a large Asian supermarket.“

“Mei Mei Cafe is a fantastic hidden gem just off the main U District rush. They specialize in skewers, and the variety is excellent—you can try a bunch of different meats and veggies. The portions are generous, the prices are very student-friendly, and the food comes out hot and fast. It is the perfect cozy spot to grab a bunch of skewers with friends after class“

“The first thing I noticed was the pristine cleanliness. Even the corners of the floor by the entrance door were spotless. Service was fast and efficient; a large pot of perfectly brewed Jasmine tea arrived quickly. My husband ordered the chicken chow mein, I ordered vegetarian dumplings, and we split the best fried rice we've ever eaten. I never expected to eat 6 of the dumplings! They were so delicious that I couldn't stop. My husband said, "We've got to come back here!" Its a little hard to find, but well worth the effort.“

“I LOVE Fu Shen - they are my go-to Chinese spot and I don’t even mind that they’re pick up only. The food is always hot, delicious, and they staff are SO kind and friendly when they bring out your food. There are dedicated parking spots on the side of the building, so you can call ahead and by the time you arrive your food is ready. 10/10 would recommend!“

“I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember and it’s still my favorite Chinese food I’ve ever had. Before it was Chiang’s it was called China Harbin in the eighties and before that it was a Pizza Hut, hence its architectural shape. Ordering off both the American Chinese Menu as well as the traditional Chinese Menu is a must. Highly recommend their hot and sour soup, housemade noodles, scallion pancakes, Chinese greens, and salt and pepper prawns. My son ate an entire tray of noodles to himself. Also kind of a bonus their fortune cookies are the best— both in taste and the fortune itself. My fortune was on point.“

“Pleasantly surprised with Mount & Bao in Lynnwood! I’ve visited the location in Greenlake one time before but didn’t know they had a few other spots.
This location had easy parking out front and was well decorated for the holiday season. We were seated immediately as it was after lunch hour.
I came with a group of three and ordered the shrimp shumai, salt and pepper wings, honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef, spring rolls, and xiaolongbao. Portion sizes were very generous that we even had leftovers, which is always a win.
Standout dishes for us were the salt and pepper wings (lots of wings, super flavorful and crispy), honey walnut shrimp, and Mongolian beef. Everything came out hot and well-prepared.
To top it off, the waitress surprised us with a complimentary slice of cheesecake at the end, which was very thoughtful. Great food, solid portions, and friendly service - we’ll definitely be back!“

“I just came to Seattle for vacation and was suddenly in mood for good chicken teriyaki. I searched and found this store and drove 15 miles. Oh my god. It’s a gem. Really this is probably one of the top most teriyaki I ever had. I own restaurant and I a am foodie. I guarantee this quality of just a simple teriyaki is not easy to get in top class sushi joints also. Humble setup and awesome food. Even the tempura and roll was good too. The boba tea wasn’t that great but who cares.“

“This place is an absolute recommend if you’re looking for authentic Chinese dishes. The wood mushrooms with black vinegar were a crunchy starter and very refreshing. I also ordered the twice cooked pork which was sweet, sour, crispy, and absolutely divine. For dessert, their sweet rice dumpling soup was soft and comforting. Overall the service was excellent, food tasted fresh, and the portions are perfect to share with friends or family!“

“I really love coming to this restaurant. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the staff are always smiling and welcoming—it just makes the whole place feel warm and comfortable.
The food is consistently delicious, and they pay great attention to details. Every time I ask for something like “no spicy,” they always get it right, which I really appreciate.
The owner is also very attentive—whenever customers need anything, he’s quick to come over and help. The service here is genuinely excellent.
This is definitely a place we come back to regularly. The prices are reasonable, and the overall value is great. Highly recommend!“

“Manna has the best Teriyaki and Korean in town, maybe even the whole Puget sound region!
Manna is family owned, run and operated, and they genuinely care about the quality of their food and the happiness of their customers. This place is a gem of the Seattle area and I hope they can continue serving great food and service for years to come.“

“The song selection here is amazing and includes so many different languages. It’s so cool that the machine has YouTube built right into it! We're here for a company gathering, and we have a lot of teammates who aren’t native English speakers. The owners really went above and beyond to make this setup so inclusive for different languages.“

“I love the mom and pop vibe here. The egg flower soup is exceptional. I appreciate that they offer a lunch special with so many choices, since I alwsys want it ALL when I have Chinese. The lunch special includes your choice of egg flower or hot and sour soup, and egg roll, your choice of white, brown or fried rice, and then your entree choice. Each is about $15. Idk if they were out of it last time, or if they stopped including hot tea with lunch. It is clean and the staff are friendly. They offer to go. They can accommodate individuals or a group of up to 8 at a big round table with a lazy Susan.“

“The Seven Flavor Beef was a well know West Seattle favorite of the new owner’s former now closed restaurant, Lee’s Asian. He had added it to the Judy Fu menu. A bit too salty this time around. Reduce the salt and you’ll have a new neighbor winner. Folks in West Seattle have gone without their Seven Flavor Beef fix for so long have wondered. So here you go.“

“I live rather close to this hidden gem and decided to try it this week. I placed a large takeout order for pick up later and my order was ready promptly and was nice and hot! My partner and I especially loved the General Tso's Tofu and the Pan Fried Turnip Cake. The atmosphere looked immaculate when I went to pick up my order, I can't wait to dine in next time!“

“This place is a must-try if you’re in King County. It’s family-owned, and you can tell — the food comes out with genuine care and quality that a lot of bigger chains just can’t match.
The portions are massive. We ordered Mongolian beef, General Tso’s chicken, kung pao chicken, chicken fried rice, and hot and sour soup — and every single dish came out piled high. The prices absolutely do not match how much food you get. Come hungry, and honestly, come prepared with containers because you’re taking food home no matter what.
Flavor-wise, everything was on point — the Mongolian beef and General Tso’s chicken were both perfectly balanced between savory and sweet, the kung pao chicken had great heat and crunch from the peanuts, and the fried rice was packed with flavor. The hot and sour soup deserves a special mention too — we devoured it before we even thought to snap a photo, that’s how good it was.
If you want authentic, generous, well-priced Chinese food from a family that clearly cares about what they’re putting out, this is the spot.“

“I ordered the KungPao chicken lunch special with fried rice and hot and shoup. Aside from being super affordable, the taste was great too! The fried rice surprised me the most. It had a really good taste and is pretty authentic. The hot and sour soup was a perfect mix of sour and salty. The kungpao chicken is good too. Next week, I'll try the garlic chicken.
P.S: the owner is friendly too.“
