Master Bing (UW) is a quaint small little shop that serves authentic food with a comfortable vibe. The staff is amazing, and the condiment bar is quite nice. It is a great place for quick bites with a lot of options, featuring self order booths with photos for easy ordering. The order is quick and efficient and comes out fast. First time eating bingjiang was quite the treat, reminded of the Indian street food “Kathi roll” but with a more Chinese twist. The duck jianbing is an easy 8-8.5/10, with a soft, very eggy outer layer, shredded duck inside, a crispy fried stick, and a chili sauce for a savory kick. The OG jianbing with added potato shreds is an amazing combo, and the Peking roll and Chinese donuts both tasted great. The jianbing was super crispy, tasty, and packed with flavor. Great food, great price, great portion.
