Based on the reviews, Chuan House is a hidden gem in Seattle. The restaurant has a simple outside but a modern, high-end, and clean look inside. The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the staff are always smiling, welcoming, polite, and courteous, providing super great customer service. The food is consistently delicious and extremely perfect. The steamed dumplings, fried rice, general choa, sweet sour pork, and soup all taste good. The Dandan noodles are comfortingly spicy and reasonably priced at $14, with tasty sauce and plenty of pork. The pumpkin fried with salted egg yolks and the chilli bean fish with numbing were really good. The lunch special has authentic tasty taste with greens that surprise. The prices are reasonable with great overall value. Service is quick, and ordering is via QR code. This is a place customers come back to regularly.
