The worst service I have ever experienced. It was only our second time here and on of our family member’s first time here, so we are still trying to figure out how to order. As we’re giving our order (no one is behind us, it’s just us in line) the worker rolls his eyes and gives a “hurry” motion to give our order. Then as he’s prepping our noodles, my husband points to the musubi across the counter, well away from the food and not coming into contact with the food...read full review
Just went there for the Gyudon and it exceeded my expectations. It was very delicious and on the spot. Down side is nothing to do with the restaurant but parking. It is hard to find a good parking spot. However will be coming back but probably picking up the food rather than dinning in.

Based on the reviews, U:Don Fresh Japanese Noodle Station is a restaurant with a sound business model that has remained steady through economic ups and downs. The food is delicious eating in and delivery. The udon noodles are bouncy and perfect, with a light and flavorful broth. A favorite is the Zaru dipping broth in a bowl, with al dente noodles that pair nicely with a cold dashi broth. The complexity of flavors are accentuated with the complimentary ginger, seaweed and wasabi. Free tempura flakes add a crunch factor. The side order of salmon is delicious and pairs well with the tempura sides and karaage chicken. Other dishes include the sukiyaki beef and onion bowl over rice, the gyudon rice bowl, and the sukiaki udon w/ mentaiko. The best beef rice bowl was super yummy. Tempura is à la cart. The atmosphere is genuine, fun, and bustling with warm and cozy vibes. Can get a bit pricey with the add-ons. The entrance is a little confusing, but a worker is available to help. Tables were a little sticky. Overall, it is a fantastic experience and a happy place.
