“MUST EAT MORE VEGETABLES!“

“I didn't get any photos of the food but everything was so delicious. Beyond what we were expecting not only were they open on a Sunday everything we ordered was really delicious. Mongolian Prawns, Dinner Special Mongolian Beef , and Chef Special Cashew Nuts with Scallop and Prawns, Gyoza. I am really glad we randomly decided to dine at this gem. If you are looking for good Chinese food this place is worth the trip.“

“Family run restaurant. Friendly and very welcoming. Egg flower soup was very rich in flavour and HOT (temperature). Steamed bun was just okay. Not much flavour. Bun it self should have a little sweetness this lacked that. BBQ port was more shredded pork and little flavour. Served hot! Main meal was nice. Egg roll was not home made and veggies had definitely a frozen (little soggy) texture. Sweet and sour pork was good. Little heavily breaded sauce on the side. Mongolian beef prepared nice a little salty for my taste. I asked for 2 stars and I really should have had three.

Over all $17 for the entire meal (hum bao $10) was a bargain. I'd definitely recommend it over all. Maybe white rice in place of fried would be better to absorb the saltiness.“

“We have been going to the Edmonds location for over 7 years! We love their food! It’s a great spot and kids are welcome. Here are some of our favorites: The egg and chive dumplings OR the entree, The colorful salad, their fresh noodles in the chow mein are super good as well, and the accompaniment foods. My husband regularly orders a big order of the Spicy noodle salad and divides it up for the weeks lunches!! The LFP location is a great spot to get quick food and I order them on Uber Eats! Bonus!! I would say that the specialty the stir fried pork belly 农家小炒肉 can definitely be better! This is the standard to classify whether a Hunan flavor restaurant is authentic. The classical braised beef and beef tripes 卤牛腱 are adequate, and the clay pot tofu 石锅豆腐 is perfect for our friends who cannot have spicy food, and the pork belly chicken 一品猪肚鸡is so smooth and not spicy!! This four dishes are a lot for four of us so we cannot finish them!!

Rice is not included. And it is $1.99 for one bowl. We ordered one box of them around $8, but that is too much for four of us! So 2 rice may be enough if your friend does not have rice.“

The noodle is cooked with soup that's alkali (pH>7) to make it tender, so it needs the vinegar to balance out the taste. “You get a bowl and pick the noodles and toppings you want. The quality of the toppings will vary depending on the time of day you go. The toppings are pretty standard. Then you pick a protein. They have a range of protein choices. The noodles freshly cooked on a big iron plate. This tastes amazing because it’s hot and freshly cooked. The flavor of the noodles is pretty standard. You can add “gravy like” sauces on your noodle, but it’ll make it very wet and soggy.

Not saying the food is bad at all, sometimes I actually crave it! I think it’s just tasty because it’s freshly made and hot. The actual flavor is rather average

“FYI it's take-out/delivery (within 5 miles) only now. Just finished their chicken curry (with broccoli, carrots, onion and zucchini) and it was among the best I've had. Came with steamed rice. Very reasonably priced and super personable staff. I'll definitely go back.

“Loved this place when I lived there. Was worried with the more recent reviews. I stayed away from the beef in the soup just in case. The soup was so amazing! The calamari was amazing! “This has to be the top mom and pop Korean joint on highway 99. They recently reopened the sitting area! The menu is limited but portions are larger than life. The aroma can be felt from the parking lot. The sweet lady working the front is so patient with you.

10/10 recommend coming atleast once just for the portion size. One sweet and sour chicken and pork dumplings will be enough for 3 servings for a single person.

“After a long weekend of salmon fishing for the Everett derby, we stopped by to pick up some dinner for the road back home. We had been craving crispy roast pork and shrimp har gows.

When you enter there are steam trays of dumplings on the left and an open area with large tables to the right for dine in.

We were there mid evening so there wasn’t that many people in there. Our food was ready within fifteen minutes .

We ordered the two bbq plate, with roast duck and roast pork. An extra serving of roast pork, the soy sauce chow mein , bbq pork fried rice and shrimp har gows.

The roast pork was juicy and crispy, salty and sweet. A good meat to fat ratio.

The roast duck was fatty and juicy. Dripping with duck juices. Wish there was more duck meat, but overall still delicious.

The bbq pork fried rice was fluffy, and simple but paired so well with the saltiness and fatty ness of the meats.

The soy sauce chow mein could have used a little more seasoning, but I enjoyed the skinny noodles.

The shrimp har gows were everything we wanted. Nice chewy thin dough, with large chunks of shrimp inside. The order came with 4 . We inhaled these. Next time we’re going to order more.

Satisfied our craving. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their dim sum.“
