Dumpling The Noodle is a cozy neighborhood favorite. The food is delicious, fresh, and flavorful, with standout dishes like the beef pancake roll, beef fried rice, green beans, Chong Qing chicken, vegan wontons with spicy sauce, Chongqing spicy chicken, Xiao long bao, Sichuan dry fried string beans, sweet and sour cucumbers, chili beef Lamen, signature pork onion buns, and pork shrimp wonton with spicy sauce. The dumplings are especially juicy and packed with flavor. The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is good. The staff is funny, quick with food, and attentive. Server Edward is particularly welcoming, fun, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, offering great recommendations like the Yaegaki Draft sake. The restaurant is a cute and cozy spot where everything comes out perfectly cooked. Many guests recommend both the food and asking for Edward, and look forward to returning.
