About Noodle/Bar

The Noodle/Bar is a charming neighborhood spot in South Lake Union serving delicious and carefully crafted dishes. Their house-made noodles and dumplings are standouts, with bold yet balanced flavors. The Yibin Burning noodles, Dan Dan Mian, and cumin-crusted lamb ribs are fall-off-the-bone perfection, while the vegetarian-friendly options cater to all. The buckwheat noodles are absolutely delicious – comforting and full of flavor. The baby back ribs are perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, easily one of the best in Seattle. The overall flavor of the broth and texture of the noodles is great. Though some meals may lack a pop of flavor, the overall experience is enhanced by immaculate, quick, and friendly service. The fun aesthetic and little surprises, like burger gummies with the bill, make this hidden gem even more delightful. With a range of options including pork, vegetables, and chicken, there's something for everyone at this cozy noodle bar.

We came in here after hearing about their handmade noodles made from local Washington wheat. And we were not disappointed! We got an order of the dumplings, sesame noodles, and buckwheat noodles. And everything was really great! They can make it as spicy as you want and it's a pretty low key restaurant vibe. It's a little pricey for what it is, having spent about $35pp, but it was really good and worth it in our opinion. The golden lion mocktail was also really great.

Garlic chili chicken rice bowl was excellent. The drinks are interesting and all of the food well seasoned. Highly recommend.

The perfect casual lunch spot if you’re in the area. Service is super friendly, vibes are good, and the noodles are great. Won’t change your life but a place I’d happily recommend.
