“I finally visited after hearing so many good things, and it exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious, and it’s easy to understand why this place is so popular among the Korean community. The eggplant side dish was exceptional, and the kimbap and spicy squid salad were equally tasty. Great quality food at very reasonable prices. The owner was also warm and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

“I had a nice experience at Korean Bbq here. I think there was a nice selection of meat and other side dishes. Clean location. Almost all of the fried items were not restocked the entire time of our visit. We were a group and didn’t get a lot of service from the wait staff, water refills, clearing of the table etc. I definitely will come back because it was pretty pretty good.“

“Good little place to drop in if you're craving Korean. Side dishes were lovely and refilled often and the food we ordered was authentic and tasty. Luckily it wasnt busy when we went and they seated our large-ish party of 7 immediately. Nice little hidden gem.“

“First time here. We had spicy chicken breast teriyaki, regular chicken teriyaki, sautéed veggies, general tso's chicken, and gyoza to sample a few things. EVERTHING we had was beyond delicious. My husband said it was his favorite General tso's and it ruined him for everywhere else. I absolutely loved the spicy chicken breast and dauteed veggies. I will absolutely be back!! 10 out of 10 for sure.“

“Ordered for a friend of mine and it was really nice to be able to get them vegetables because they never like the salad and my friend was really impressed! I even liked the takeout menu. Had an option to have sauce on the side. That’s a big deal.“

“Hands down, the best teriyaki place in Washington state. Love the portion size and the smoky flavor always hits the spot. Only things that I'd recommend is to get the sauce on the side, because I personally don't like it having too much sauce, it gets a bit salty.“

“Everything was fantastic! We got the Bibimbap, half and half chicken, and the Bajirak Sujebi. The kimchi was also DELICIOUS. Im regretting not getting a jar to take home. We will be back! I wish I took better photos but, we were too excited to dig in.“

“Went to visit the Burke Museum and then get food. We wanted Asian, and this was the first out of six places we checked that had a better than 'okay' on the health rating! Food was very good, and it came out quickly. The banchan is always nice to see, some Korean places don't. All in all, worth the stop, would be likely to go again if we're in the area.“

“The service here was excellent and the staff were very attentive. As for the food, it’s clearly high quality, but it has a very distinct style. Unlike the 'Westernized' Korean dishes or the specific style of soup I’m accustomed to, this felt much more like authentic home-style cooking. The fact that the restaurant is consistently packed with Korean patrons suggests they are doing something very right. While the flavor profile wasn't quite what I personally prefer, I can certainly appreciate the authenticity and the effort put into the meal. Worth a visit if you are looking for a genuine, homelike dining experience.“

“This place is a hidden gem! Got the pork trotters & pork belly combo to share between three and were really impressed by the quality of the meat! It was not oily at all and was perfectly supple and tender. The waitress was very nice and would offer to refill our appetizers without us asking.“

“I travel a lot for work so I get to eat around and I will say this was the best late night meal I've ever had. As a disclaimer, I finished a long shift and did not eat the whole day, but this hit the spot better than any other meal I had. I don't write reviews often but I had to write a review for this place. If you are craving late night food, this place will not disappoint. I will be coming back for more.“

“This place is incredible. Easily the best chicken sandwich in the greater Seattle area. The composition, ratio of slaw to sauce to chicken. A bit of pickling on the slaw. The blend of garlic, soy, and, sweet Chipotle mayo.
Seriously just go. Like right now.“

“It was my first time trying grilled intestines like this, and I was honestly a little worried it might have a strong smell, but they cleaned and prepared it really well. When the edges get slightly crispy and charred, it smells amazing, while the inside still stays soft and chewy. It tastes really good with grilled garlic.
The mushrooms were also really good after soaking up all the meat juices from the grill. The yukhoe was easier to eat than I expected too — once mixed with the egg yolk, the texture became really smooth and rich without feeling too heavy.
The atmosphere of the restaurant also felt really cozy, kind of like those small Korean restaurants in K-dramas. The lighting was nice and it wasn’t too loud, so it was a good place to slowly eat and chat with friends at night.“

“It’s the total package. Service, food, price, everything. We had seafood and pork pancakes and it was definitely the best seafood pancake I’ve ever had. Period. Ample banchan. Also had the pork belly hot stone bowl, which crisped the rice all over, and the tofu soondubu. If you are going to go here though, come early to get the best of the kitchen.“

“I got a half mozzarella half all beef dog with potatoes here. It was extremely good, and I loved all the sauces.
It was only $7-8 for a hot dog, which is actually very good considering how expensive most restaurants are now.
The guy working the counter (younger guy with braces) was really helpful and patient with me. I hadn't been there before and kept asking what was good, and he was super helpful and gave me good recommendations.“

“I stopped here because I wanted to grab something to eat with my family before the Janet Jackson concert. I had never heard of this restaurant so I was excited and extremely surprised with how intricate their menu experience was. The food was exceptional and the presentation was memorable. The flavor combinations were very creative and they definitely leave a lasting impression. I highly recommend the fried rice with kimchi, bacon, squidding, and the quail egg. also the oxtail dish and the salad dish were extremely unique and highly creative, and absolutely delicious.“

“I think this was my first time eating Korean that wasn't all-you-can-eat BBQ, which is my usual go-to. I showed up with a group of 3 with appetites to rival a small army around 8:30 on a Saturday night, and they did not disappoint. The tablet at the table made ordering very fast and easy so our appetizers came out in just a few minutes. My favorite was the riceballs, which had exactly the right texture and flavor. The complimentary side dishes I'm accustomed to at KBBQ were also provided, and my favorite staples (like fish cakes and potato salad) were there along with some new ones I'd never tried (savory chestnut jelly? Weird but delicious). Everyone at the table got a different style of bibimbap and ate until we could eat no more. I would describe it as a symphony of flavors, and if you want intense spice the sauce that comes on the side will be your new friend. I would have been willing to pay premium prices for top notch food delivered in no time flat, but the bill that came at the end was amazingly reasonable. This seems like the kind of place with a nice range from affordable to splurge-y, depending on what you're in the mood for. The servers were not only speedy, but welcoming and friendly and happy to answer our questions. AYCE might not be my first choice for Korean anymore now that I know Modoo exists.“

“Bothell’s Ta Joia isn’t your sleepy strip-mall filler—it’s a technicolor veggie parade disguised as dinner. I ordered bibimbop, spring rolls, and the feijoada bowl, which felt like a samba in a rice bowl. It’s the rare spot where “eating your vegetables” is less a chore and more a sly dare. Flavor bombs everywhere, and suddenly I’m craving greens I never cared about. That’s Bothell magic.“

“Kochi Pocha is a great spot for Korean food in Lynnwood. The food is delicious, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. One of the best things is that they’re open late, making it a perfect place for a late-night meal or snack. Friendly atmosphere, good food, and convenient hours—I’ll definitely be back!“

“I’ve been going here for years and the Korean food is pretty authentic! I loveeee the scallion pancake side dish you get (different from the entree), and I wish they would sell it. The side dish one they give you is thinner, and more flavorful. The galbitang here is my go to!“

“The friendly staff made the meal very enjoyable. We had baby back ribs, wagyu beef, cuddly kale, beef tartare and a bottle of soju. The beef tartare was flavored with sesame oil and tasted very Korean influenced. The duck fried rice was also great! Overall lovely and delicious! The only downside is that you need to walk through the hotel lobby and upstairs to get to the restrooms.“

“Comforting bone broth and generously filled dumplings. From my experience, Korean speciality restaurants only serve banchan that directly compliments the speciality...and their kimchi never disappoints. I love ordering from here whenever I feel under the weather or I'm homesick.“

“It was too late to cook dinner so we came here as an afterthought. We enjoyed delicious soondubu full of umami and tasty banchan at a reasonable price. I usually take home leftovers but it was so good that I couldn't stop eating it all. The imo-sajangnim with the silver hair was very nice to us too.“

“A very solid place for good traditional Korean soups. I had the spicy beef soup and was very happy. The place is not trendy and looked to attract a very local crowd. Prices were inline with other Korean restaurants. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other soup selections.“

“First time trying after many years. We arrived around 855pm and seemed like they were closing soon.
3 of us quickly ordered 6 entrées. Food was great but only big negative was that one us feeling under the weather and requested own set of side dishes..very relunctly given as waitress said they normally don't do that. Mind you were order 6 entrées for 3 of us whereas the final bill exceeded $165....little perplexed. Also...No side dishes refills...hmmmm which was very odd. What if we all sat separately!? We should surely get our own side dishes. When asked for refill side dishes...kitchen closed so a flat no. Why can't the waitress ask us prior to shutting down especially we stated we wanted to order kalbi takeout and we were also denied. Hmmmmmm.
Hopefully next visit will be better.“

“Revel... I love your food, vibe, & service... BUT, your manager has to get checked... I've been there 3 times and she has been rude to me all three times. I'm from out of town so months have passed by and she either remembers me and has something against me or I don't know what else to say. The rest of the crew is Gucci... But she needs to get a reality check ( 5 ft 3 in, brunette,)“

“Seriously amazing, seriously good, best burger I have had in a hot minute. The bun bread is just crispy enough. I love this. The milkshakes comes with one of the largest straws you can get, and the fruit chunks and ice cream combo is phenomenal. I will be back, need to try everything now.“

“A tiny Asian spot off the Burke‑Gilman that I always assumed was a coffee shop. We walked in and got pleasantly blindsided. The Brussels sprouts were the star! Crispy, saucy, with bacon! Our one dish came out huge, and everything on the nearby tables looked just as tempting. They’re still setting up their new bar area, so no taps yet, but the place already feels like a low‑key gem hiding in plain sight. The waitress was a sweet delight too! I’m going to go back when I’m not riding my bike and I can be full right out the door.“

“Perfectly okay Korean restaurant. Amongst all the dishes I ordered what stands out most is Grilled mackerels. They serve 3 pieces instead of usual two and looks like there were pan fried which is hard to replicate at home. They serve tons of banchans but in my opinion it is a waste and they should just focus on a few good banchans.“
