Don't be put off by the compact menu - Paju executes the dishes wonderfully. Seafood pancake was nice and crunchy, and bulgogi quinoa bowl was tasty - saw some other patrons just having the bowl as their dinnerService was good but not always proactive. For example she didn't ask about allergies, and when we told her about them, she didn't seem to really get it. There was a pear allergy and she confirmed the pear was a garnish so could be omitted. we enjoyed sujebi, fried rice and bulgogi. All dishes were excellent, and we were left curious about trying other items on the menu, as it seems they interpret Korean cuisine very well. The restaurant interior was clean and the decor was neat, while the staff was also friendly.

I had never heard of this restaurant so I was excited and extremely surprised with how intricate their menu experience was. The food was exceptional and the presentation was memorable.
