Walked in without a reservation and they accommodated us. This place hits 5 stars at all levels, the food, service, and atmosphere are fantastic. Next time we will have a reservation, but this is a must go. Make sure to have the Branzino!!
Loved the food here 3–4 years ago, but it’s been a little hit-or-miss lately—the classic dishes are a bit oilier than before. Great portions and prices, though! Really hoping Paju can bring back that original spark.
Paju is incredible! The Korean food is exceptional. I would describe it as Korean with some twists in terms of creative ingredient additions that are judiciously applied. The service and ambience are wonderful also. Great cocktails and delicious desserts. Love this place!
