The meat is quality, and the grilled intestines are cleaned and prepared well—when the edges get slightly crispy and charred, they smell amazing, while the inside stays soft and chewy, tasting great with grilled garlic. Mushrooms soak up all the meat juices, and the yukhoe becomes smooth and rich when mixed with egg yolk. Fried chicken and tteokbokki are 10/10, and the bulgogi is a large portion, tender and umami without being too sweet. The soybean soup is packed with tofu and zucchini. Side dishes are fresh and 10/10, with an option for purple rice. Service is friendly, and the atmosphere feels like family. This hole-in-the-wall treasure is open extremely late, making it a godsend for late-night munchies. It is worth the money and a favorite KBBQ place in North Seattle.
