Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a mixed experience. One older blonde woman, referred to as “Karen,” is consistently rude. She says only “hi” at the window, glares, and is hateful, which ruins the experience. However, she is now only on the speaker. Other than that, everyone else in the store is kind and chill. The store manager, George, is kind, thoughtful, and polite, bringing positivity to stressful days. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, offering great customer service and positive vibes. A sweet barista was very pleasant even after a rough time from a customer, and the drink was made correctly. Service is very fast and good, even when busy. This location is a favorite because the food is always warm and good. A gal with long hair and a guy who greets people with “hello my friend” make the experience pleasant. Despite one rude employee, the rest of the team provides a great experience.
