“Very fun with a group of friends and food was amazing! Every body has fun sitting around chatting and joking and trying all sorts of combos of food. I had the kimchi broth and added all sorts of veggies and mushrooms to the beef I put in it. It was delicious! I wish our server had come around more often so we could order more items. “We saw the high reviews for this place a while ago, and decided to stop by for dinner since we were in the area. Wow! The reviews are right. The food, and the service was AMAZING. We got the vegetarian platter(falafel and cauliflower), the dish with the kebab combo of Lamb, chicken, & beef, and two kids meals for our littles.The rice was very flavorful, the hummus was smooth and delicious. The vegetarian platter was filling and idk if I liked the falafel or the cauliflower more. The meats were very flavorful and juicy.Everyone was full and happy. “Cute little bubble tea shop and friendly staff. I got the Very Strawberry Green Tea and the Red Guava Green Tea. I got them both at 50% sugar level, so they weren't too sweet at all. The tapioca texture was good, but there didn't seem to be a good enough amount of toppings; I would need to double it next time. My bf got the Oreo Cookie Smoothie and added vanilla ice cream and whey protein, and he really enjoyed it. You barely see any bubble tea places that offer protein as an add-in.”

Entering the restarant you have this beautifully colored atmosphere, a esthetically pleasing to the eye. Very welcoming. Theres plenty of seating of booths and tables. I love plants and immediately took notice of the Birds of Paradise, simply gorgeous. I was greeted by a female, very pleasant, very patient, and very knowledgeable about the food. On her recommendation, I ordered a combination plate of 2 Kalbi ribs, Marinated chicken, rice and two tempura shrimp. I also ordered Mochiko Chicken as an appetizer. Mochiko chicken were bite size pieces, which was delicious, not crunchy and it paired well with the sweet chili dipping sauce. The Kalbi ribs were not what I expected ribs to look like, I had two flat pieces of meat ( which I now know, it is what it is) though I did not like the texture, it is too fatty for my taste. The marinated chicken was delicious. It was a little pricey for the quantity and quality. Being Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan they're as spicy as they come with all their deeper & mouth watering flavors. It is all about the food in this restaurant.Service - it's just one guy that takes both phone and sit-down orders. So keep that mind cause you're not gonna be waited on like in a regular restaurant. A couple of ladies will dish out your orders and make up for the lack thereof. “We came around 8:00pm on a Saturday, so it was pretty busy. We got seated around 8:30pm, and there was 9 of us, so we had to wait for them to put two tables together. I really liked that you just go grab your own meat (except you have to order brisket from them) from the cold bar. And they had a nice hot bar. Lots of sides you can choose from. And this was the first time I saw marinated crab for all-you-can-eat, and I ate more of that than anything else. Service was friendly, and food was great.”

(I happily added salt & pepper to the eggs and hash browns to fit my preferences.) The pancakes were tasty and very light-n-fluffy, but had cooled a little bit prior to serving, so next visit - which Will happen - we'll ask they be served hot-off-the-grill. The menu offers a range of options, including recommended drinks and a build-your-own choice, allowing for customization of tea type, sugar level, toppings, and milk preference.I particularly enjoyed the hot boba with dark roasted oolong tea and salted cheese crema, while my girlfriend tried the famous Ube Latte with boba. Both drinks were well-crafted and flavorful, with the ube latte impressing us with its use of real purple yam instead of artificial flavoring.Although the wait for our drinks was a bit longer than expected, the quality of the beverages made it worth it. The oolong tea had a rich tea flavor that complemented the creamy crema perfectly, and the ube latte was a delightful surprise with its authentic taste.My only minor disappointment was the lack of a less-ice option, as I generally prefer warmer beverages. “I come here a lot because they are open late and serve espresso. I find most of the options on the menu too expensive so I generally avoid them. The main area that needs improvement is the service. Most of the servers are not particularly friendly, and one of them has been plain rude to me. One and only one of them currently working here is nice to me, though there have been good ones in the past who no longer work here. This is after coming here for over a year. And yes, coffee tastes different depending on how nice the person is who makes it for you.”

Nam Khao Thum Mak Hoong Garlic Trout Sai Ooua Panh Pa All 5/5. Nam Khao and Sai Ooua are very popular Laotian dishes. Although good. I would say favorite dish was the Panh Pa and Garlic Trout. “I love Caffe Ladro, especially this location! I first came in about a year ago while trying to find a high-quality, unsweetened matcha latte (more rare than you'd think!) and loved it so much that I now regularly stop in at least a couple times a week. Not only is their matcha probably the best I've had in the area, but the baristas are the absolute sweetest and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and get you what you like. The conversations with them are seriously the highlight of my mornings! The atmosphere is also really great for studying and there's usually plenty of space and outlets to set up for a couple hours. The only downside is that the location is a bit tricky to get into and parking can be limited at times, but there's definitely workarounds once you get familiar with the area. Overall, an amazing cafe with great drinks and fantastic people!”

They have a wide variety of pastries but it's important to come in early/close to opening especially on a weekend to ensure you'll be able to get something you want as they sell out fast. They had to close early because they sold out completely before their closing time. There's lots of seating inside and they have high chairs for little ones. Cute decor inside and plenty of space. Bathrooms are also very clean. Good service and overall pretty quick even when they're busy.”

Deciding to go out for breakfast, an event that hasn't happened in a while, we were totally satisfied by the experience and its coffee-shop atmosphere: The waitress and coffee attendant were attentive and friendly, and the food was cooked correctly, including requests for over-medium eggs And very-over-cooked eggs, and we were served perfect sausage and bacon, toast and hash browns. (I happily added salt & pepper to the eggs and hash browns to fit my preferences.) The pancakes were tasty and very light-n-fluffy, but had cooled a little bit prior to serving, so next visit - which Will happen - we'll ask they be served hot-off-the-grill. Other +s, the environment was clean and airy and the table's condiment tray well-stocked...so overall a very good experience! Thank you, R and J and Kitchen Staff!”

Since it was our first time, the manager named Bryan helped explain the menu to us and really made our experience memorable. Bryan was attentive and always checked in on us incase we needed anything. He also was helping out his other severs when they needed support (also working in the food industry , you don’t see managers do this as much as you would think) . But the chicken avocado bacon sandwich was really good.The wife had the regular chicken sandwich. She really liked it.The service was great. Delivered food to our booth. So, if you love deep-fried chicken, this wasn't a bad place to go.They have burgers as well. Can't comment on those.Parking: There are plenty of places to park.
