“Toudai Sushi & Fusion is an incredible restaurant with some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! The owners are extremely kind and friendly, and the customer service is exceptional. The sushi portions are very generous, and the flavor is perfect!
Next time, I’d like to try the bento box as that seemed very popular while I was eating. Not a very long wait, very efficient on getting folks orders out.

“So glad this place got new ownership. If you have not tried this place do it. I got the Beef Yakisoba and minus the green peppers and zucchini Soooo Good. Portion was big and worth the price. Meat delicious, flavor delicious and will definitely be coming back.“

I used to come here every single week about 15 years ago but life changed and i didn’t come back for almost a decade. BUT when i walked through that door yesterday, i was met with the biggest welcoming smiles! The owner recognized me and happily served me & my sister a most comforting huge plate of juicy flavorful spicy chx teriyaki that just hit the spot and fed our souls 🔥 I hope this business stays open forever so i can bring my kids here some day.“

“My family has been coming here for years and it’s the best sushi we have ever had. It’s a hidden gem for sure!
Our go-to order is the yummy yummy roll which is a lightly fried tuna roll served with eel sauce and ahi tuna chunks. Hands down the best. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.
The house salad is so refreshing and light, and the dressing is to die for!
The agadashi tofu in the appetizer menu is also a must.
And every order comes with a complementary miso soup which is soooooo good.
The only thing that I can add is that the Google hours don’t completely match their restaurant hours, so don’t come right at opening (give it another hour or so from the listed 12:00PM)“

“I eat my teriyaki at the one Toshi operates himself in Mill Creek. I believe his son operates this one. This is the definitive teriyaki place in the US. Amazing.“

“A nice little tucked away asian food place. Anna was the kindest woman ever, offered me a salad and brought my food out to me, serving smiles the whole time. The General Tso’s chicken was the best I have ever eaten, and I am looking forward to the next time I come in! The atmosphere was also amazing, very clean and well put together, lots of plants which made a nice vibrant space, and some gentle jazz. 11/10 experience, will definitely be coming back again soon, and this will probably be my go to asian food restaurant from now on.“

“Niko Teriyaki is one of those spots you can always count on for fresh, flavorful food and generous portions. The chicken teriyaki is perfectly grilled—juicy inside with a slight char—and the sauce is just the right balance of sweet and savory. Their spicy chicken teriyaki and Mongolian beef are both packed with flavor, and the yakisoba and gyoza make great add-ons.
Service is quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. It’s a simple, no-frills place, but the quality keeps me coming back. If you’re in Lynnwood and craving teriyaki, this is a solid choice every time.“

“I got the poke bowl, and it was pretty good! The portion size for the protein was generous. Admittedly I was confused about how the bowl pricing worked so I got two proteins (also assuming the scoops were going to be half the size they ended up being) and ended up buying a really expensive bowl lol, but entirely at my own fault! I wish they had more sauce options than just the spicy mayo or eel sauce, but it’s a pretty good option in this food court when you’re opting for more “fresh” fast food! :)“

“Food was astonishing, the quality of the fish is incredible for the price and the udon was hard to stop eating. The customer service was excellent, we arrived about an hour before close and were well warned about eating and ordering limits, and then during last call the staff personally came up and checked if there was anything else we wanted to add on. For a place with an online ordering system I didn't expect to really get checked in on by staff but Eric and everyone else made sure our dining experience was exceptional. I absolutely will be coming here again for the amazing food and exemplary customer service.“

“I visited Highway Teriyaki for lunch today and ordered two Teriyaki Chicken burritos. The dining room was clean and well-maintained, featuring attractive decor. The service was efficient and professional; my order, placed over the phone, was accurately prepared, and the individual who assisted me was polite. The burritos were generously filled while containing more rice than chicken, they were exceptionally flavorful. I highly recommend this establishment.“

“Small , hidden restaurant . Server knew about food pairings and shared some cultural facts with me . It was relatively quiet and the food was finished pretty quickly . The dragon roll had larger portions (tasty) and they added extra spice to my shrimp udon soup . Miso soup was slightly flavorless and I don't like having to get my own napkins and utensils , but overall is definitely worth a go :)“

“This place gets packed with dine-in and takeout during dinner time so try to plan ahead and please understand they’re working as quickly as possible. Saturday is their busiest day so please keep this in mind.
