“This one has always been less busy than the other locations but the quality is the same. Makes it easier to find a seat. Since 196th got turned into a stroad, getting in here is a bit awkward as you can only turn in coming westbound on 196th but there's plenty of u-turn places so not a problem.“

“Ordered the chicago style gyro and it was absolutely delicious! Pictures might not do it justice, but there was plenty of meat packed inside the gyro and every bite was warm and full of flavor. Wish there was more meat towards the bottom but I think I got too excited and ate it all towards the top and didn’t leave any for me to enjoy afterwards. Oops! There are other comments about the tzatziki sauce being a little watery. Honestly, I thought it was great. Then again- I haven’t had a gyro in over a decade so I don’t have a point of reference. Anywho, the lady at the front is also super duper kind and attentive. She politely offered me a water cup after I declined a fountain drink. She didn’t have to offer but the way she offered I think definitely deserves a gold star and made me feel very welcome. Definitely plan on coming back and trying other gyros!“

“The staff was amazing! They patiently made 3 adult pizzas and a salad and then four kids pizzas with very specific requests. It was all perfect and delicious! They remembered me as a customer and helped me apply the sale to my account when my app wouldn't open. All of them were so friendly and helpful, ensuring our order was correct before I left.“

“Excellent service and excellent food. I went in with fairly modest expectations and was genuinely surprised by how good the overall experience was. The employees were also very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in.

One of the highlights is that they prepare the pizza right in front of you before putting it into the oven, which adds a nice personal touch. There’s a wide variety of toppings and ingredients to choose from, although they happened to be out of a couple options I was interested in during my visit. Even so, the pizza was cooked perfectly and came out quickly.

The restaurant was generally clean and well maintained. Most of the tables had been wiped down, though a few spots appeared to have been missed. The floors, bathroom, and drink station were all clean and in good condition.

“This was a unique experience for me. The store has a combination of offerings unlike I have experienced before and an extensive menu of of traditional Greek/Mediterranean foods. I needed a large order of Spanakopita for a holiday party. This establishment filled my order and desires completely, the dish was excellent, enjoyed by all at the party. Highly recommend!“

The whole restaurant looks clean and the food smelled appetizing the second you walk in. The staff is friendly and patient. Today I ordered the Ichi Chicken Bento Meal and for $18 you get Gyoza, California rolls, A good serving of teriyaki chicken , white rice and a salad. Very filling and hit the spot. They offer a whole range of options and their soups are offered at a great price which is perfect for the cold weather in Washington . Would definitely come here again.“

My order gets messed up in some way, small or big but it’s clear workers are not listening to me. I want to enjoy coming here but I leave disappointed by the service each time“

I do remember going recently and an older gentlemen helped me, he did not meet up to customer service level at all, super rude and not attentive at all.
