The staff was to most friendly and professional staff I have ever encountered in a Woodinville restaurant! The food is hot, fast, good, and made with pride. Probably the best value in our city. This results in needing to request more once you get to the store if you need more than 1 packet. Sounds petty I realize that however it is irritating. Happy that there is this location in town for variety and quality.“

Regardless of how busy it gets, we're always greeted and treated with kindness. We've gotten to know Jessie, and she is fantastic! She knows us by name, remembers our orders, and everything we order is consistently great.

I agree with another reviewer who said this place is WAY better than Chipotle!

If I had one recommendation for management, it would be to add some extra help during the noon lunch rush. I've noticed there are times when only one person is handling both walk-in customers and mobile orders. The staff has never complained about it, but from a customer's perspective, I think having another person during that hour would make a big difference.
