Never really had an issue here but the reviews on the customer service were true. Ive seen the manger yell at delivery drivers for grabbing the wrong order which makes sense but shouldn’t be in-front of customer but. The portion is hit or miss one the ladies barley gives out meat or beans
The food is better and the place is much cleaner since the recent staff/management changes. Kudos to the interim manager. When she's there, it's a completely different level of service and food. When she's not? Maybe too early to tell. Hopefully, the new manager and crew can maintain it!

We recently came here to eat and Alaina offered amazing service. We came up to check on our burrito as we were told it would take a while. It seemed as though It didn’t get started she immediately started making our food and apologized. Not sure if she’s been manager or not but if she’s not she needs to be she took care of us checked on us talked to our son made sure our food was made exactly the way we need liked it to be.
