The building does have a back enterance- Park near the Mongolian grill and you'll see the door.
Sandwich was great, I'd say as advertised or better. I got the toasted spicy Italian- If you're on the fence with toasting... do it!
Quiet inside for a calm lunch, seemed to be a busy online ordering spot. Tables, floors, and bathrooms were very clean.

Very clean and nice restaurant. As soon as you come in they greet you with a nice: “ Hello, Welcome”, service was really fast even when they look short staff. I’ll be back again.
This location is a lot better than most. Sometimes they take their time and aren’t as fast BUT it always taste a lot better than other locations I’ve been to

Jimmy John's in Woodinville offers excellent service with polite and knowledgeable staff. The sandwiches are delicious and consistent, made quickly and served in a clean environment. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful experience. The Woodinville High School boys basketball team enjoyed an amazing experience when the employees opened early to prepare lunch for them. A former GM praised the taste and appearance of the sandwiches, while Mike has been recognized for his superb customer service.
However, there have been mixed experiences. One prior employee noted issues during their visit, such as floor mats not being put away and inconsistency in sandwich preparation, particularly with the BLT. They suggested that employees should maintain consistency to ensure customers receive the same quality sandwiches every time.
On a positive note, many customers feel this location is reliable, highlighting that it is one of the few fast food restaurants that consistently gets it right. The delivery drivers are often praised for being quick and friendly. Although there have been reports of app errors that remain unresolved, overall, the team at this location has received commendations for their service and food quality.
