Appalling Service and Filth at Chipotle
Just when you think it couldn't get any worse, Chipotle proves they can indeed sink to new lows. The counter was filthy. All touch surfaces were greasy, and there was food splattered everywhere. The payment POS system was so grimy I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole. They made us wait eight minutes for raw fajita veggies.

I love chipotle. This chipotle sucks at customer service. The girl was yelling at my husband anything else 3 times in a row after he already told her what he wanted when he was trying to pay. Everyone at the counter is in such a rush they fail at making any part of the experience worth while. They messed up the girls order in front of us because they were in such a hurry and didn't listen to her request. Then they did the same with our order.
