“The pizza is always great when we've gone to any Mod. Sadly, the guy making our pizzas at this location seemed out of sorts and also forgot to make the salad I ordered. When I mentioned it again, he said "oh yes" but never made it.“

“Great burger, butt poorly managed business. At 11 AM you look closed. Vacant lot next door needs mowing and there’s not a car in the parking lot so I circled the building twice. Wondering if you are open. There is no handle on the inside of the men’s room. The other wise delicious hamburger was wrapped, super tight and smooshed like a tortilla.Great product, a great recipe but you guys aren’t going to make it. If you don’t trim the bushes, I have employees park in the parking lot and put up a great big sign that tells people you are open.“

We made a complaint via Jersey mikes website. A few days later James the manager reached out personally and made it right! WOW you don’t see that kind of service nowadays. “I work in childcare so my days are super long and incredibly stressful, I do get a 30 minute break for lunch which I normally use to get a drive through meal from somewhere in the area. Today was an incredibly rough day so I decided to go to Dairy Queen, because ice cream makes everything better (obviously.) I’ve come here about five times this summer and every single time they’ve treated me so incredibly and today was no different. My job means getting screamed at by parents, kids, and administrators all day, so this little bit of sunshine makes my days a million times better.
