“New Owner, New Vibe, Hot Subs (finally) After being closed for a month, I drove by wanting lunch and saw the neon sign was on.I went inside, and didn't recognize anyone working there. I could see one guy was clearly in charge, taking inventory of everything, like he had a lot of work ahead of him.Turns out, he's the new owner, Andy. He owns several other Subways throughout the Seattle area, and decided to buy the MI Subway from the prior owner, Mike. He knew he had his work cut out for him, and hand-picked his most elite team members from each of his locations.They're all friendly, fast, and for the first time in my life the sub was still hot when I got it home. This isn't the Mercer Island Subway you remember. Its so much better!“
“This is a decent McDonalds, McDonalds level food, nice workers, etc...my only complaint is that the womens bathroom smells like theres a rotting carcass in there. I dont know where the smell is coming from, but its so awful...ive wasted a whole bottle of perfume just to be in there....“

“We descend into the streets of fremont on a Friday. Ollie at Bar House tells us Sinbad got some loaded fries that will rock our world. We get there and the smells are intoxicating. The fryers are goin off and the guy working has the warmest smile. We decide on the falafel fries. Crunch crunch whammy, favorite fries of the century. Support these guys with all you got and come hungry.Ps. we went back to the counter and ordered a falafel sandwich that was sauced up perfection.“
“We went for the first time and the owner was so kind and helpful. The KFC is superb and incredibly crunchy even after taking the leftovers home. The two dips we got on the side were house sauce and soy garlic. Both were great flavor contrasts. The pickled daikon really helped cut the fat. The decorations were very modern. I appreciated the decoration. It was nice icing on the cake but the food and the owners genuinity are what really makes this place a top notch restaurant. She should be super proud of what she's done.“
“Things I love, and have always loved, about the Wallingford Dick's: - Near the U and open late (which was kinda dangerous back in my Greek Row days) - Affordable prices (not as affordable as in my U days but still) - Consistent, delicious burgers; mushy-but-tasty fries; best root beer float in town - It's so easy to get to on my way home in the northerly regions; great stop on the way home from a late night flight into SEA - Friendly staff and almost always lots of parking - Always a small opportunity for a local sealebrity sighting! Add to that the fact they finally take credit cards, and are slowly adding new items to their menu (while still keeping that tight rein on their offerings), means I'm a loyal customer for life. Given the limited dining options on the island and the south end particularly, i'm very pleased to have this location available for quick weekend lunches. I have not been disappointed once in the sub that i ordered. I recommend this chain restaurant.“
