“Great. The customer service and fresh fast food brought me back down memory lane of the early 2000's Wendy's experience. Almost as good as the yellow cardboard Wendy's days. Who ever is running the establishment needs to be recognized and well cared for. You, Wendy's manager; I salute you!“

“Decor is standard ivar’s, so I gave it a default 5 stars. Food is as expected, nicely fried seafood. The Asian lady frying the food seems very on top of things and open to helping the cashier when she has a spare moment. She seems more invested than she should be, so that’s good, right? They also bring your order out to you. I’m used to them calling your name and you have to get your order at the counter. So services is above par for an Ivar’s.

“The people are nice.

Drive through experience was nice and quick.
We got through within five minutes.
They didn't mess up the order like other places do.
I would say overall a wonderful establishment.
Plus they are just off of the main street and it makes them easy to get to.“

“The owner only responds to Posts that give the restaurant kudos. They will not address any type of drug policy as most of their employees are high as a kite if you go in there any time for dinner. At this Burien location they would rather fight you than to give your money back or accept responsibility for mistakes. We ordered online and didn't think to check the food because the bag was heavily taped and had our information on it… unfortunately when we got home it was not anything close to what we ordered. I then tried to call the Burien Arby's and no one answered the phone, in fact it seemed like there was a sort of fax machine that they're able to answer but after the third time they hung the phone up and took it off the hook. Remember when customer service was a thing!? Well Arby's and Burien does not!👎👎👎“

“Came by to grab some quick food after work. Dylan was the employee who took my order. Although there wasn’t many options because it was so late, Dylan made sure to accommodate what I wanted. Even though some items took a minute to be made, Dylan made my time feel valuable.“

“Great visit! With the BOGO Blizzard 99 cent deal, we couldn’t deny the need for a visit to the Burien Dairy Queen.
The very helpful and kind cashier greeted us as soon as we walked in and made ordering super easy - thank you, Andrew!
We were the start of a early evening rush of dine-in orders on this particular visit, Thursday night. It also appeared that there was a constant flow of customers through the drive-thru while we were there.
The restaurant was very clean and the restful was looked after.
Our Blizzards that night were as thick as we would expect, as proven by the upside down demonstration by Andrew when we received them. The Strawberry Angel Food Cake was nice, but would’ve been better if the mix-ins had been more incorporated - my partner was bummed to realize he was relegated to vanilla only halfway through his frozen treat. My classic Heath Bar Blizzard did not disappoint.“
