“I can’t fault the establishment too much on this as I didn’t fully read the menu description, but to everyone on here calling it a ‘French Dip’, you are mistaken. Was seriously craving one today and after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures, I thought I found the one. Was disappointed to receive a small hamburger bun with something closer to pastrami on it, the horseradish mayo was far too overpowering, and why the caraway seeds? The ‘au jus’ was beef bouillon with vinegar in it. It was tough getting this one down. Not like the pictures posted here. The fries were fantastic though, and I’m sure had I gotten anything else in the menu it probably would have been great.“
“I hadn't been to this part of Burien for some time so was glad to see the revitalization and stopped into Logan Brewing for beer with a friend. The community is lucky to have this establishment. The local is great for a summer drive, walk, or cycle. It's fun to try their offerings, something new in a place that's changed so much. Fun to sit outside, talk, and people watch. Parking is on the street. The service was a little odd - not sure why because it wasn't busy - I'd call it disinterested, I guess. The place has potential.“
“I really loved the aesthetic of the place. I really loved my cardamom latte ( which was a seasonal featured drink). I ordered mine to go, no problem. My friend ordered their drink to go and was told that it's not possible. Weird, because his drink was smaller than mine. So we were ok with just taking a seat and drinking our drinks there ; and there lies the problem. The place did not have enough seating for even a crowd of 20. Unless, I missed another part of the cafe I didn't see any other seating options. We ended up drinking our drinks standing up at the receiving end of the service counter. Hopefully, they'll get this resolved or even maybe not but either way I'll be back. Dang, that cardamom latte was so good. I'll be back before the week is over. Kudos to the staff.“
“This place has gone uphill with the new owners. The gentlemen greets us every time with a smile, gets our order correct and really has pride in his restaurant. The decor is wonderful and food is consistently great. I rate pho based on a few criteria of what we typically prefer to order and this restaurant is one of the few that hits them all.-Spring , has option for grilled pork or chicken and they’re delicious!-Peanut , homemade- Chicken , I love the fish sauce wings, they’re fresh, but wish I had more of that sauce-Chili/garlic Two types, homemade and both spicy how i like it-Pho , consistently amazing with deep flavors with-Portion , perfect for a great price-, they don’t skimpPro tip: I suggested that his wife bottle and sell her spicy chili sauce, it’s delicious! The next time we came in, she did and we bought a few Togo. Be careful-it’s spicy!“
“This is definitely my favorite place to have coffee dates and meetings in town! The pastries and sandwiches are excellent and the coffee is great. The atmosphere is bright and joyful, though a bit loud at times. My main complaint is that you can't always find a seat.“
“Eat Time is an oasis in a Chinese food desert down south. There is not much else to compare it to from West Seattle to Burien. I have tried several dishes since they have been around, but tonight I had a craving for some of longtime faves: moo shu (any kind is good, tonight was chicken), scallion pancakes and hot and sour soup. I don't know if they have a new cook, but the food was even fresher and brighter than its usual high standard. The moo shu had a wider variety of vegetables/mushrooms (I am going to guess wood ear, lily flowers, maybe shiitake), and everything was cooked perfectly (not limp and overcooked). Soup had just enough cornstarch, because there is nothing worse than hot and sour that is too thick. My only complaint is they put hoisin in with my pancakes (which was probably just meant for the moo shu), and I missed the thin style sauce that usually comes with scallion pancakes. It's really easy to order online, and they text when the order is ready. If you eat in, service is always friendly, and I wish I could get one of their cute staff shirts. I have a feeling an Eat Time jag is about to happen!“
“I finally got the chance to try this spot after seeing it pop up everywhere since opening! They serve cultured gelato, which means that it has the tangy notes of froyo but the smooth texture of gelato. When we came they were doing girl scout cookie flavors! They were super kind and let us sample a ton of flavors - I tried the thin mint, coconut ube, lemonade, and marionberry. Ultimately I decided to get the thin mint and coconut ube in the smallest size. They PACKED that onto the cup - the first scoop was literally to the brim already, and the second was layered on top. Super appreciative of that, but I didn't end up finishing it all because it was so much haha. The thin mint was my favorite of the two, as it had less of that tangy aftertaste. The ube flavor was nice and prevalent, but the tang was quite strong and after a few bites I started to get more bothered by it. However, I would highly recommend getting the thin mint if you happen to stop by during this time. Service was so friendly and I would still very highly recommend this spot!“

“For about a week, I've been wanting sushi for dinner. I happened to be in Burien & drove by Tori Sake & Grill in a small, not fancy strip mall. Ordered miso & a couple of rolls - the Burien (quick deep fried) and a CA. Fresh, flavorful, can't wait to return with friends.“
