“Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. I had the Creole Andouille Chicken Pot Pie. The crust was a little burnt, and there was no bottom crust. I LOVE pie crust so not a great start. The filling was not as flavorful as the name implies. The consistency of the filling was sparce and thin like gravy, the andouille was bland. Also, there weren't any carrots in the filling. My sister had the grilled rib-eye steak and asparagus tips. She said it was good. I am willing to go back and try something else. Crying in Creole roots.“

“Please do not come here. It's my bar, not yours. This is the best thing we have in Burien and I do not want you here to ruin what we have. Such a welcoming and wonderful place where people off all types can just be themselves. Do no come here as we are too busy! You should really come here if you are in Burien as I would enjoy chatting with you. Just don't take my spot. The HOB is the best! And Deuce is the bestest. Hey friends!“

“Low-key one of the most lit bars for the middle age crowd in Burien. We were definitely the youngest ones there and we’re in our 30s but the energy was good so Who cares? We came super early and there wasn’t a ton of people there, but there is stuff to do like pool and pull tabs. There are lots of places to sit and it’s a pretty large bar. We noticed that the very large stage was being set up for a band so we came back late night and the place was hopping. Definitely couples dancing, great music and a really lovely crowd of people. There was one creeper there getting in our faces, but the bar folks had our back and said he was just the typical ridiculous regular. We noticed that they serve food too, but we didn’t eat there so can’t vouch for that. The servers were maybe a little cold to begin with but warmed up when they noticed, we weren’t a bunch of hipsters trying to move in on their space just some curious Burienites, wondering what was going on behind the doors of Elmer’s.“

“I have seen this place advertised a few times across some of the social media sites. So we finally decided to give them a try. It was great. Really good space and a bit of a remembrance to the original space. A tin forming metal shop back in the 1930s and now a sharp little bar with attached theatre space. They make a dang good cocktail. Located in old Burein, they are worth a visit.“
