“It's my first time stopping by and ordering $135 worth of food from this Casino. I happened to come from fishing with a friend, and we wanted some Chinese food.The entrance is dark. Once you're inside, it is a bit inviting at first. Then, you have to go around the gambling table straight to the bar to order some food. As you make your way around these game tables, everyone looks at you. It's almost like a third-world country where you are a foreigner walking in. I ordered three dishes and three sandwiches. “This is a highly popular place. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and were informed that there would be a 30-minute wait. However, we opted to receive a text message so we could leave and come back when they contacted us. Surprisingly, we only had to wait for 15 minutes before we were seated. The restaurant had a well-kept and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff at every point of contact. Initially, the food seemed to have simple flavors, but as we were served more, I grew to love the simple flavors of the guacamole, especially when paired with the Pico de Gallo and cotija cheese. I asked for some hot sauce and was given two magical souffle cups, one containing a habanero sauce. When I added both to my seafood chimichanga, I fell in love with the dish. The food at this restaurant is simply amazing, not your average Mexican food.“

I got the curry vermicelli bowl with tofu and it was very spicy but the kitchen was nice enough to add a bit more coconut milk to make it more mild. The hokkien wok noodles were also spicy but a lot more tolerable for me (I typically can't handle spice very well). The vietnamese coffee creme brulee was yummy and I would love to get it again! “A good rock bar in the heart of the city of rock. The atmosphere is great with its musical selection of standards from the 80s/90s/early 2000s (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Blink-182, etc.). The beer is fresh and good, from the first prices. Same for cocktails. And above all, the cuisine is great: we opted for the vegetarian option, cauliflower cooked like chicken wings, and it was to die for.“

“I visited this speakeasy on a Friday night with my husband on recommendation from friends. It is a very small place and mostly seatings are around the bar. Didn’t sound appealing to me but believe me it was fun! I would recommend going in small group of 2 or max 4. I don’t think they accept reservations but we got a table within 10 mins of putting our names. The drinks are amazing! Very flavorful and well made! I loved the dua dua coconut if you are a coffee fan you must try the ca phi tini! Cooling water is also refreshing. In terms of food, we had pho which is made in pho bac downstairs. We also had the tofu rolls and the broccoli cheese dip. My only critic is that the dip came in much later and we were full from the pho so couldn’t do justice with the dip. It was pretty cheesy and heavy. Overall fun time proof being I forgot to click pictures of the drinks ;)“
“We tried getting a table on a Saturday, and the wait was over 2.5 hours. Tried again on a Wednesday, and still waited 2 hours. It was worth the wait. Recommend hitting Coupe & Flute a couple blocks down for a champagne flight. With the old school hip hop blaring and ambiant lighting, it feels as if you're invited to hangout with your older brother and his cool friends. Except this time they're cooking up some of the best plates in Seattle. The wine list was impressive, they have Chenin Blancs heading South from France to South Africa. Cocktails in Corona bottles. Tropical notes blended to foreshadow what was to come. Boy did it come. A consonance of staples with Guamanian twists, the kind that leave your plate clean and has you asking for seconds. Words don't do this place justice. But trust me, there's a reason folks are lining up the block.“

“Love me some speak-easy bars! What a lovely find! Despite being a Seattle native, I'm not familiar with what Seattle has to offer in terms of speak-easies. I have visited a number in Philadelphia as well as NY city. I suppose I simply doubted Seattle could live up to my east coast experiences. I'm happy to say Roquette proved me wrong! Firstly, true to the speak-easy persona, the entrance was questionable in identification. We couldn't tell if we were at the right place or if it was even open. When we recognized the entrance however, we easily entered and found ourselves in a very cool, throwback, swanky bar. It was relatively intimate and seating was readily available because we arrived around 5:30pm. Happy hour lasts until 7pm, which makes sense because that's prime dinner time rather than "drinking time." Unfortunately, our visit was a few weeks ago and I can't recall the exact drinks we ordered, but they were excellent cocktails that weren't OVERLY sweet like many bars do. There were generous pours of liquor, and fruit cocktails were made with fresh fruit. I only remembered to do this review because we are pending a second visit before the New Year and needed to send this place some love! Great find! Hopefully, it doesn't change with increasing popularity, as is often the case with some businesses.“

“Definitely try the food! We've tried the yakisoba and bulgogi beef and they were both very good. They are very creative with their spices which elevated both dishes and they were surprise hits. The cocktails are also great. I recommend the cold Giving tree. It's a really delightful cocktail. They also host a bunch of events (ex drag show bingo and water color painting classes) that are very fun. All in all, a great place to visit if you find yourself in Cap Hill!“

The waitress was attentive and took our orders quickly once we sat down.My friends and I shared the Brisket Nachos, Fish & Chips, Chicken Wings, and then both dessert offerings (flourless chocolate cake and fruit cobbler). One of my friend's loves the nachos, but I especially liked the coleslaw that came with the Fish & Chips and the cobbler.I've been here in the summer and their back patio is a great place to grab lunch on a sunny day. They never give me a hard time about not wanting any blue cheese on my cheese plate. The seasonal veg appetizers are always INCREDIBLE. I often take my fries, cheese, or dessert into the Ballroom to finish munching while dancing gets started.They just redid the seating and decor--now there are cute cozy loveseats, warm lighting on each table, etc. Super "Instagramable" if you're into that. Overall, the Tin Table is the perfect mix between cozy neighborhood restaurant/bar and slightly upscale vibes. “I have a soft spot for this place as it was the place of my first date with my now fiancé, the service is always top tiered and I love the throwback music that's playing that gives me a sense of nostalgia. If I'm being honest, the food there is very good but it is astronomically over priced and they don't even give you a large amount for the price you pay which is why I don't really come here often. I've been to other restaurants who give bigger entrees, more variety and reasonably priced that have had better food. I ordered the corn guacamole to start, for two it's a small helping but it was very good. As my entree I ordered the ravioli bianco and my fiancé ordered a burger, they were both very good but the amount was pretty scant, especially given my dish cost around $34. Not a bad place to eat at all but you are going to be paying some pretty steep prices dining here.“
