“This restaurant inside Hotel 1000 was such a great experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially if you’re downtown, and the atmosphere feels upscale without being stuffy. Everything felt thoughtfully done, from the ambiance to the food and drinks.

I had the super dirty martini and it was perfect. The tuna crudo appetizer was absolutely delicious, and the steak for dinner was just as good. The portions were perfect, everything tasted incredibly fresh and well prepared, and it honestly felt like a great value for the quality of the experience.

What really made the night stand out though was Aisha. I was dining by myself, and she made the entire experience feel warm, comfortable, and welcoming. She was incredibly personable, so sweet, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in at all the right times without ever hovering and made me feel completely taken care of. Dining alone can sometimes feel awkward, but Aisha made it feel effortless and enjoyable. She truly leaves a lasting impression and is a huge part of why I would absolutely come back.“

“We celebrated our anniversary at 2120 and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Seattle. The cocktails alone are worth the visit. The Old Fashioned was phenomenal, but the true standout was the Tequila Pho cocktail. I’ve never had anything like it—it genuinely tasted like you were drinking a bowl of fresh pho in the best possible way. It may honestly be our new favorite cocktail ever. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The oysters were, without question, the best we’ve ever had, and we’ve tried oysters all over the country. The smoked salmon crudo was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. My oxtail pappardelle was rich, flavorful, and perfectly executed, while my wife absolutely loved the Thai coconut curry with scallops. To finish the evening, 2120 surprised us with an amazing anniversary dessert featuring warm donuts, fresh chocolate cream, and caramel sauce, along with a celebratory glass of champagne. It was a thoughtful touch that made an already memorable evening even more special. A huge thank you to our server, James, who made the entire experience exceptional with his outstanding service, attention to detail, and warm personality. “I’ve been coming here since 2019 and have genuinely never had a bad experience. It’s easily one of my favorite spots in Seattle and definitely a go-to in Belltown! The food, drinks, service, music, and overall vibe are always consistently good. Their nachos are one of my favorites, and my husband and I will often stop in just to grab some drinks and share an order. After all these years, it’s still one of those places I know I can count on for good food, good drinks, and a great atmosphere!“

“We visited Radiator Whiskey for happy hour! The catfish nuggets were a bit fishy though that might just be how catfish tastes since it was our first time trying it. The sauce was great, though! “Disappointed in dinner yesterday. Took my mom out to eat, had the lamb kofta and chicken. Both were not good. The kofta was cool in the middle and the chicken was tough & dry. The lettuce was brown, black, and wilted throughout. I think they were rushing to switch from lunch to dinner and just threw anything together. Completely terrible experience.“

The drinks are expensive but they are good quality and you’re paying for the whole experience. Like the towels in the bathroom. And the old apothecary soap dispensers. “My husband and I strolled in here around 8:30 on a Sunday night during the football game so it was SLAMMED, however they got us in without a wait -- we just couldn't sit at the bar like we hoped. Being so busy made the service a little slow, but I understood. It was also super loud, and again, I get it. However after the game, the place emptied quick and it's still super loud. Otherwise nice atmosphere. The staff was really nice from the hostess to the waiter to the food runner. We only ordered a pretzel and it was good, but they didn't serve enough cheese with it. I ordered the Pineapple Express and I'm shocked to say the best cocktail I've ever had in my life was from a Yard House, but it's true. 10/10 recommend that cocktail!“

“I had some time to kill in Seattle before catching a ferry. Walked by and saw on the outside posted menu they had wings. I love wings and so I got wings. The half order for $10 hit the spot. The beers were cold and the bartender girl was great and chatty.
A few locals came in and out, and many tourists bringing their kids in to introduce their kids to an old school scene was great.“

The following Monday, I was greeted in the office by my entire team raving about how amazing the food and service were. Every dish was packed with flavor and crafted with quality. With team members who are gluten-free, it was crucial to find a restaurant that offered more than just a basic salad. A Stir exceeded expectations with a full menu of creative, nutritious dishes and an extensive selection of wine, cider, and gluten-free beer. On the morning of our reservation, I received a thoughtful email from the executive chef, Ton, with personalized recommendations. This added such a nice touch and made the experience even smoother for my team. Our reservation was at 6:15, and when my team arrived, dishes were freshly served, hot, and ready—a perfect way to unwind after a long few days at the conference. Dining at A Stir was the ideal way to close out their weekend, and I can’t wait to visit on my next trip to Seattle to experience it myself.
