“We always get great service at Vino. The pear and bacon flatbread and Brussels sprouts were very good. The caprese salad left a bit to be desired, since the tomatoes were unripe and flavorless. I ordered a 3oz pour of wine because I wasn't sure I'd like it. Unfortunately, I was accidentally brought a 6oz pour and ended up not caring for it but had to pay for the larger size. I normally would have gently pointed out the error (which wasn't a big deal, especially if I had enjoyed the wine), but we were in a hurry to get to a movie. Of course we'll be back, but this wasn't the typical 5-star visit.“
“A free glass of champagne at entry yes and it was absolutely wonderful crisp and not too sweet My steak was cooked to perfection My server was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the items that we ordered he was very nice and will definitely return thanks a lot SouthCenter ... Friday Night 11pm server Elliot was great“
“My favorite brunch place in Seattle. I absolutely LOVE their Dutch pancakes, they are perfect. My husband loves their classic breakfast plate and says it's simple but perfect. And we're both fiends for their special house made ketchup... so much so that I asked if I could have a side to take home.. haha. Also love their service, the waitresses are super warm and nice which elevated the experience. I would come here every week if I could.“
“We came here randomly to celebrate NYE 2024 before heading to a rooftop party to watch the Space Needle NYE show. No reservations are needed, so this place came in clutch. We're so glad we came here! The owners were there and provided NYE hats and party beads, and the whole bar had a champagne toast to celebrate the ball drop in NYC. It was such a nice time, and the owners were very kind in providing NYE gear and champagne for everyone! We had yet to learn before coming here how much of a community vibe you get with this place. We ordered: -The Crab Nachos were super filling and tasty. I'm so glad we got these! They were the perfect final meal to end 2023. I will definitely be back for these. -The Painted Hills Beef Burger was delicious and filling. -While I Was Away - Refreshing and light, perfect pre-dinner drink -Devil's Margarita--This one was pretty strong. I highly recommend it. The flavor mix was interesting. I noticed this was a big hit. There were several tables that got this one. -Some beers, I need to remember which ones, but my partner says they were good! Overall will be back, the prices, the community vibe, and how much you can tell the owners care about their patrons shows. This place tends to be busy with regulars for a reason!“
“I truly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The only annoyance and it is minor. The bartender kept calling me and everyone. "My love." At first, it was cute and welcoming, but after the 3rd or 4th time. The phrase "lost its meaning. And just became filler words. Other than that, I will gladly return. This place was great ? ?“
“This place is absolutely adorable and has the best vibe! The decor makes you feel like you’re in a safe place, and the service backs that feeling up. The food is fantastic too! Highly recommend attending Drag Brunch on Sunday, the queens are insanely talented and the atmosphere is electric! JT behind the bar is amazing, and the drinks are delicious and creative! Highly recommend the Buzz Bunny. Food-wise, Chicken and Beignets gives a wonderful twist on the classic chicken and waffles, complete with soft serve! You read that correctly. You really can’t go wrong with a visit to Kamp Social House, where you’ll be treated to an amazing meal by gorgeous and considerate humans!“
“Very charming neighborhood restaurant in Cap Hill. Food was great and ambiance 10/10. However, our server wasn’t very friendly /borderline rude which we looked past. I was also a bit disappointed in the quality of their craft cocktails featured for Cocktail week.“
“One of my friends suggested Single Shot for an intimate brunch, and even though we are from Tacoma and I was hesitant to drive all the way to Seattle just for a brunch spot, it was definitely worth it!Single Shot is tucked back in the neighborhoods near Capitol Hill where you wouldn’t even think such a modern and outstanding brunch spot would be! It was honestly hidden between older homes and apartments and would be easy to miss if you didn’t know what you were looking for. It’s a cozy restaurant inside and has nice outdoor seating as well. The decor is a modern take on vintage style, and being there feels both like stepping back in time but also living in the 2024 you only see in movies. The staff are all extremely friendly with customers as well as with each other. I was new, but I could tell based on watching staff and patrons interact that there are a lot of regulars.I was given a heads up that the food is large, so we decided to do family style dining, and it was truly large servings! I was shocked by how large a single pancake was!! Between the three of us, we still had leftovers! Everything is homemade and uses fresh ingredients too! Even the toast was impressive and toast is usually the leftover filler for small meals, but not here!I cannot wait to come back!“
“Absolutely loved this place! From the ambiance to the staff and food! We ordered the steak which was cooked in front of us and it was delicious. We also had the cheeseburger and it was delicious as well. The fries were perfect, crisp and seasoned, with fresh grated cheese on top. The atmosphere especially made the dinner memorable.“
“Parking is very easy on weekdays (except Friday), especially after 9 pm but it can get packed during weekends. Price came out to be around $100 for four drinks, it's on the pricier side but the presentation and concepts are good. We got the lawn boy, Shaballah, campfire in Georgia, and Snow White's bong. I'd recommend the first two for people who enjoy sweet drinks and the latter two for people who want something different. They have almost 5,000 labels in house so if you're a spirit enthusiast, this is the place for you. Great place to take a date after dinner but service can take a little long depending on how busy they are.“
“This place is absolutely delicious, flew in from Dallas and got recommended this restaurant by my hotel receptionist. I didn’t go once but TWICE on my three day visit, it’s that good. The fish and chips are solid but the Mac and cheese dishes are on a league of their own.“
“My partner chose Stateside for his birthday dinner, and it was all around an excellent experience! Ambiance is modern, clean, and not stuffy at all. You'd feel just as comfortable in athleisure as you would in dressy cocktail attire here. Staff was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, and paced the meal perfectly. We started out with a cocktail each--I can't recall the names as their website cocktail menu does not match what we saw, but my partner had a mule with lime leaf and galangal that was absolutely spectacular. The lime leaf and galangal made my palate SING and it was hands down the best iteration of a mule we've ever had. Now the most important part: FOOD. CRISPY DUCK FRESH ROLLS | Y'all weren't playing, this was the GOAT, and by far our favorite dish. It was texturally perfect, and I do not throw that description around lightly. The crispness of the spring roll inside a fresh roll!? Absolutely genius. I will say that my Korean American palate registered the seasoning on this as just barely teetering on a tiny bit oversalted side (esp with the accompanying dipping sauce), but the texture was so divine that I really can't dock it. STICKY RICE DUMPLINGS | A deconstructed dumpling, really. The rice dumpling on its own would have been nothing to write home about, but the combination of everything (ethereally fluffy dungeness crab! earthy maitake! perfectly cooked taro!) with the broth made it all work so well, especially texturally. The broth was basically buttery liquid gold. MASTER STOCK CRISPY CHICKEN | This was perfectly good chicken, but I can't say it was that memorable as a whole. We ordered a side of the brussel sprouts which were delicious (again, texture was on point with the rice cracker pieces) as well as the ginger rice to go along with this, and I have to say the brussel sprouts were far more memorable. Superb texture really seemed to be the central theme of our dinner, so while I'd really recommend Stateside to everyone, I'd ESPECIALLY recommend it for those who have an extra appreciation for textural masterpieces.“
“SuperB. We dined at 84 Yesler during our visit to Seattle. This restaurant is on top of its game. Excellent ( I mean EXCELLENT ) food, service, atmosphere, decor, all at highest level. (even the bathroom was laboratory clean..!). Quiet impressive that super talented young chef and her team serving [ very successfully] Japanese & Med influenced creations. All with beautiful presentation, very tasty and complimenting flavors, Full bar and good wine selection is available, prices are decent for what it is. All of our selections were excellent, that pasta & lobster dish was out of this world. Also the Apple - cake... heavenly. I have been in many Michelin Star restaurants weren't as this good. Congrats to you all and bravo. Next visit to Seattle, we will come again.“
“The food is exquisite and Chef William is a gem. We can always count on a great meal and having a wonderful night out. We love Violet! We also love sitting at the bar and chatting it up with Kevin. If you want a fun night out, head to Violet! You won’t be disappointed!“
“It was one of the best meals I have ever had. Had a seat where I could watch the meals being prepped, which was fun. The service was amazing. They were very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was off the charts good. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for gluten-free meals. The server was very knowledgeable.“
“this is one of the best spots to chill .. depending on what you're craving, they've got great food ... this has become the calmest place for me after work ... food for me: Shepard's pie poutine Olmstead Burger Housemade Meatloaf drink: adult coke (they use the best cherries)“
“We went to Nicks’s for dinner Saturday night. Food, service, ambiance all great. You can tell they really care about doing things well. We had so much fun. And everyone was so nice. Highly recommend going here. We plan to go back many times.“
“While the menu feels very comfortable, the food is anything but. As a party of three we ordered delicious cocktails and some starters. The calamari was the highlight of the trio, with the tartare coming in close behind. For entrees we favored the lamb, but the duck was great, the Mac and Cheese decadent, and it feels odd to say - but the brussel sprouts almost over shined everything. And don't pass on dessert! The torte was a perfect bite of chocolate everything; the brownie was melt-in-your-mouth perfect; and the carrot cake was like nothing I've ever had--it was like a bite of Fall. And if you have the restraint, they all made a wonderful breakfast the following morning.“
“Needed a quick breakfast and stumbled upon this cafe, it was just what I needed. Cool vibe, friendly staff and quick service.I got the basic breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, rye toast and sausage. The texture of some eggs can throw me off, but these were perfect.“
“Went for Lady Chablis's Drag Show and it was sooooo much fun! Drinks were amazing, atmosphere is like cool circus bar. The patrons are super nice and fun.Wheelchair accessibility: There is stairs to the downstairs, not wheelchair accessible“
“I dined at Lark last night as a first time visitor to Seattle. The food was good. We ordered the bread service, hamachi crudo and the trotter cake to start. Lauren was our server and she guided us through the meal beautifully. I ordered the scallops and my friend ordered the bucatini. We both really enjoyed the dishes but for me, the star was dessert. We had the lemon parfait (which sounds so simple, it was very complex and not a traditional parfait) and the Oaxacan torte.I do want to give Lauren another special shout out because she made us feel so welcomed and offered incredible hospitality. As the AGM of a restaurant myself, she’s definitely a gem. She even took the time to write a list of places we should go and see, all of which we are experiencing today. I really want to tell her thanks for the incredible experience!“
“Just exceptional. Truly. From the moment you enter the gates to the building you feel almost spellbound by the beauty and charm. Then you’re greeted by a genuine, kind welcoming and experience a truly remarkable dining experience. The food is so fresh and clean, the flavor combinations will make you pause in absolute delight. And the wine list is an enchanting journey by itself. Make a reservation and enjoy!“
“stopped by on a whim as I drove down west valley highway and I was very pleased with the service and food! ordered lumpia, crispy pork belly combo and a brown sugar boba and I was blown away! the crispy pork was beyond good! came with a Mac salad some diced veggies and a wonderfully flavored rice with green onion. the lumpia was freshly made and the boba complimented everything. 10/10 would recommend“
“We live in Spokane and travel to Columbia City to visit our son and the Ale House is our “go to” every time! My favorite is the BLT but everything is great. In my opinion you’ve got to try it. We’ve been there so much we’ve gotten to know everyone there and Kelly makes amazingly delicious soups and what a nice guy!! The owner is so friendly and has a knack for hiring the best staff as they all make you feel so welcomed and take great care of you. I can’t wait to get back there next month, hopefully for their once a month fish and chips… yum!!“
“I live in the neighborhood and it is so lovely to be able to walk to an amazing pub with delicious fresh food that is always warm and welcoming. I have been a regular since the opened and always recommend them to folks. Most of the staff know me and my family and they always make us feel so welcome. I have gone to the other restaurants on their block, but they are my favorite.“
“We were in Seattle for a conference and stumbled upon Dead Line completely by accident when the place next door couldn't accommodate our party. Since there were nine of us, they seated us in their private room which had couches and comfy chairs and a cozy, speakeasy atmosphere. It was late so we ordered cocktails and a variety of small plates. I ordered the Tarragon Negroni and, seriously, it is the best cocktail I have ever had. I'm sad that I live 1100 miles away and can't return for another one. All of the small plates we ordered were tasty but my favorite was the Potato Cheese Empanadas. Our server was informative, attentive and entertaining. What a great find!“
“Good food, small space, but good atmosphere. Very friendly staff- stayed kind under pressure when their wifi needed reset on a busy Saturday morning.Got the bowl of grits, very good. Grits are thick yellow polenta type- tasty indeed and did not need to add salt!“
“I have been to Cook Weaver 5 times now and it is amazing every time. They are now a tasting menu and they have a lot of amazing flavors. The vegetarian tasting menu is so savory. This time was the best I have ever had there with lots of mushrooms and nori. The service was so friendly and fun. The murals are gorgeous and the building is a cute little spot. I will continue to come here for special times in my life. Some of the best dishes of my life, definitely on par with Michelin starred restaurants we have tried in the past. The other members of my party raved about the omnivore menu. Pricey but definitely worth every penny. The wine pairing was great too with some really unique choices.“
“Great, iconic place downtown with drinks and some food. I go there to see bands and it can get loud in there (bring ear plugs ?).There's also a hot dog vendor outside for that late night Seattle Dog.There's a 3% card fee if you pay be credit card.“
“Chris made our night memorable! Went above and beyond. Oysters were fresh amd yummy. Scallops and steaks cooked perfect. Sides were good flavor.Received excellent service with additional dessert and drinks. Would highly recommend a stop at this historical labdmark location!“
“It's nice to sit out on the roof here. This place is designed to share food so you order for the table. Everything we had was amazing, but the highlight was most definitely the mushroom risotto. The service is particularly slow so plan for a long dinner.“
“We had dinner here and the food, drinks, view and service were impressive. My second visit experience is the same as my first, pleasant and delicious. If you are visiting Pike Place Market, this is the place to visit for a relaxing break.“
“Came for cocktail week and loved to see a woman owned spot! The entire staff working was women which was awesome. We got the kale and potatoes which were absolutely delicious. I want to figure out how to make that kale as it was so good! Love that they have boozy, light booze, and mocktails. Fun spot for a few apps and drinks.“
“"Do ya like smooth jazz?"The jazzzz the staffff the cocktailsss... All, excellent. The Zig Zag burger was also very good. I wasn't a fan of the coconut risotto, but everything else was great. Our server, Kaira, was so cool I can't even lie. Good experience!“
“Been in Seattle for 8 years now, and can’t believe we hadn’t been here before. Hands down the best meal (really an experience) in the city. The food was creative, whimsical, incredibly well balanced. Wine pairings were impeccable and gave us a new appreciation for Washington vintners. The staff were so warm and knowledgeable. We sat at the chef’s table and got to watch the artistry happening in the kitchen. No on site parking, so would recommend taking a rideshare. Probably best after the wine anyway. Well worth it!!“
“visited the Eve of April 2, 2021: Our server was delightful she was warm and offered suggestive drink psirings that were spot on for what we were looking for to compliment our food. The food was absolutely delicious, and the environment very inviting. The whole evening was a lovely experience. I will definitely be back.“
“The service and atmosphere was amazing. As a car enthusiast family, my kids loved it. It was nice too see the cars. The place was great! Waiter was great. The food was okay and a bit overpriced. We had the burger, there want anything “special” to it or like wow. The orange margarita was good. The skillet cookie with ice cream was our favorite.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved to see the cars on display. They have sharing plates for kids“
“Wonderful service, food, and atmosphere. Oysters were amazing, lavender fondue with crunchy grilled bread and apples and pears for dipping never disappoint, steak and trout (de-boned "à table") cooked to perfection in their apple wood smoked grill. Lemon sorbet with olive oil and salt out of this world. We were there for a special occasion and had very special treatment.“
“We ended up at The Point because the place down the street could not accommodate our group. We made the brunch hours by 20 mins. We were surprise how food looks more restaurant quality than Pub foods. I got waffle with strawberry but it was not fresh strawberry or it was purée strawberry sauce. My group enjoyed their foods and drinks, sorry no pictures. You ordered at the bar and they bring you your foods. There is water station. The bartenders were friendly. We even played board games after our meals.“
“The Tin Table is one of my go-to spots on the Hill! LGBTQ owned and operated--the staff are always so welcoming and remember my regular drink order. They never give me a hard time about not wanting any blue cheese on my cheese plate. The seasonal veg appetizers are always INCREDIBLE. I often take my fries, cheese, or dessert into the Ballroom to finish munching while dancing gets started. They just redid the seating and decor--now there are cute cozy loveseats, warm lighting on each table, etc. Super "Instagramable" if you're into that. Overall, the Tin Table is the perfect mix between cozy neighborhood restaurant/bar and slightly upscale vibes. I doubt you could manage to under OR overdress here.Wheelchair accessibility: There's an elevator in the hallway--if entering from Pine, just keep going straight past the stairs. Spacious ADA stall in the bathroom “
“We spent a magical night at the bar, with a fantastic bartender and server, wonderful hand crafted beverages and decadent dinner food. This may become a tradition, my husband and I are so enchanted. Thank you to all who made this much needed night out a success, especially our mixologist Min ❤️“
“We were visiting from out of town and a close friend recommended this place. Paul and Jake were so welcoming and made sure that we had an enjoyable experience. The pizza and drinks were phenomenal. They had a wide selection of craft beers. The ambience speaks for itself, but what really stood up was how friendly everyone there was. I highly recommended. This is a Seattle bar that everyone should come to.“
“I had the pleasure of dining at Water Grill and was truly blown away by the impeccable service provided by Alexandra Their attentiveness and professionalism elevated our experience to new heights, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Not to mention, the cuisine was absolutely divine; each dish showcased the freshest ingredients and expert culinary skill, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Alexandra truly made our evening unforgettable, and I can't wait to return for another exceptional dining experience.By the way their stakes were good but not as good as the seafoods.“
“Tavern Hall. Man, where to begin. I came in expecting the world, and I was not left disappointed. Looking across the menu, everything looked absolutely delectable. And when I received my food, it tasted as good as i imagined it would. The food and drink were all uniquely delicious in a way i’ve never had before. And at the end of our meal, me and my friend were surprised with a complimentary (delicious) dessert. I simply couldn’t ask for any more. God bless you Tavern Hall.“
“This was a nice surprise. We were looking for a place to grab a bite before the Tim McGraw concert and found this gem of a place. The service was awesome, even with it being a packed house. With all the games on their TVs, they still manage to put on a channel for a couple kids to watch. Now for the food. It was unique and amazing. We got the NY Garbage Fries. Don't let the name deter you, they were delicious. Our server, Marco was the best. He was very attentive to all his patrons.“
“This is one of the best brunches I have had in Seattle. The menu is absolutely amazing and everything looked so good. We had the avocado toast, salmon omelet, two eggs, and the breakfast sandwich and they were all 10/10. The iced oat milk cinnamon latte was also stellar. The cocktail menu is fire.“
“Five of us dropped in at 6:00 on a busy Friday night and the server was cheerful, friendly and prompt with drinks. We were happy to have lots of vegetarian options. All of our meals were delicious and we look forward to returning. It was great to find this cozy neighborhood bar.“
“Nice place to eat with a good view. Ambiance is nice, little loud and upbeat. Drinks were good and service was fast. We were staying at the hotel and enjoyed the quick walk back to the room after our meals. I ordered the scallops and they were really good, fiancé had the pasta and I tried it, very good flavor. Also had the apple tart which was nice. If in the area I would recommend stopping by!“
“Picture if you will being 16 stories up looking over the Puget Sound as the sun sets in the distance. While you are encapsulated by the stunning view, tantalizing fragrances catch your attention and a beautifully plated entrée and cocktail are gracefully placed in front of you. Your conversation flow redirects from the view to the perfectly cooked Porterhouse Steak in front of you. One bite in and you can taste the level of love put into every dish, each bite leaving you beckoning for more. Before you know it your dinner service transistons to desert and your waiter [Daniel served us he was fantastic] expertly describes each offering and informs your party of each of the delectable options. A few moments pass, and you are blown away by the rich textures and taste. A dining experience unmatched in it's elegance. I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing this restaurant and their staff are. I will be back as soon as I can, and suggest you do the same!“
“Local place with a wide selection of beers, tasty food and nice atmosphere. The service is very friendly and down to earth. Both my wife and I, as well as our kids, really like the place. Outside seating is nice, especially in the summers, and they allow dogs in the patio area.“
