Violet is a hidden gem of the Capitol Hill dining scene. The service, menu selection, and ambience are all top notch creating a lovely dining experience. Every dish was equally delicious, cooked to perfection and the service was seamless. This is one of my family's favorite restaurants in Seattle!
I was thrilled to relocate William Belickis and his restaurant Violet, named after his grandmother and daughter. The Omakase tasting menu with wine pairings was stunning and very reasonably priced. From the tuna crudo to steelhead salmon, grilled artichokes, lamb course and chocolate mousse dessert, each paired perfectly with the wines. Stellar service, candle-lit, upbeat ambience, and the food quality-presentation will ensure my return!

The chef has exquisite taste, his Foie gras is so perfectly cooked, best in Seattle 100% Last time we had it in Maximillien and it was complete disgrace to both product and french cuisine Great choice if wines for very reasonable prices. Strongly recommend Omakase experience.
