One of my friends suggested Single Shot for an intimate brunch, and even though we are from Tacoma and I was hesitant to drive all the way to Seattle just for a brunch spot, it was definitely worth it!Single Shot is tucked back in the neighborhoods near Capitol Hill where you wouldn’t even think such a modern and outstanding brunch spot would be! It was honestly hidden between older homes and apartments and would be easy to miss if you didn’t know what you were looking for....read full review

We had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious!!! Tiramisu best in town. Loved the beets. My husband had a decaf coffee - best ever!! Best part was your wonderful bartender!! Made amazing drinks especially the alcohol removed cocktail. Personable, low key, seamless. A real pro!! You are very lucky to have such a top notch team member. We will be back and yes will only sit at the bar !!! MC

Been meaning to try this place for years and finally made it. Had the rack of lamb and the burrata and it was delicious. Cocktails were great too. I didn't try the wine but looked like a better than average pour. Would love to come back soon
